I called precision at 8:00 a.m. and the receptionist was very understanding and worked with me. They had a technician at my house before 1:00 p.m. the same day. The technician Sean was very knowledgeable and courteous he diagnosed the problem and had a solution for me in minutes I was very impressed. I would not hesitate the conversation again, I also felt the pricing was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone of my friends for any problems with their garage doors.

Review:
Called at 9:00 AM Leo was there at 12 noon as promised. Replaced 2 springs and cables and pulleys lubricated the wheels was finished in about 1 hour. Service warranted for 4 years. Leo was very professional and answered all my questions. The service truck was clean and well advertised. I needed to have the repair ASAP. The are not the lowest price but were fast and thorough.
