A certified fine woodworker and tree trimming specialist with an AFA from Bucks County Community College, she finds deep satisfaction in relieving customers' stress when their garage doors need repair - and always enjoys meeting their beloved pets during service calls. Her passion for learning new skills led her to travel to Germany last year for the Von Hand Festival, where she studied copper smithing, heddle carving, and indigo dying. This creative spirit extends into all aspects of her life, from her professional work to her personal pursuits. At home, she shares her life with her husband and their furry family - their dog Mishka and two cats, Rubinho and DB. Tina our service technician was absolutely awesome to work with. Tina explained all of our options and repaired our garage door. Tina also showed me how to lock the garage door and disengage the auto so I can manually open my garage door in emergencies. Tina was extremely professional and fully knowledgeable of all matters concerning our garage door. She is an asset to your company.

Tina was very efficient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different options and made sure that we were completely comfortable with our choice. She even added on weather stripping when I requested it at the last minute at the end of a very long day for her. The doors work beautifully and are so much quieter which was an unexpected bonus! Hopefully we never have the springs on both doors break within a few days of each other again, but if we do we won’t hesitate to call Precision and Tina back out to fix them.

I had a broken garage door spring. I was looking for a local company that would be able to respond quickly and fix the door properly. I got both of those when I contacted Precision. Tina was able to diagnose the issue and provide other issues that she located. Tina had the garage door fixed and working better than before in less than 45 minutes. I hope I don’t have any other garage door issues in the near future but if I do, I know who I will call.

Tina arrived to the house at the time scheduled. She efficiently performed a check of our garage door operating system (operator, springs, etc…), lubricated the door’s rollers and made her recommendations. She was very professional, did not try to pressure us to replace the system but gave us an assessment of our operator. When the time comes to replace the door’s operator, Precision is who we will call.
