She even added on weather stripping when I requested it at the last minute at the end of a very long day for her. The doors work beautifully and are so much quieter which was an unexpected bonus! Hopefully we never have the springs on both doors break within a few days of each other again, but if we do we won’t hesitate to call Precision and Tina back out to fix them.

I had a broken garage door spring. I was looking for a local company that would be able to respond quickly and fix the door properly. I got both of those when I contacted Precision. Tina was able to diagnose the issue and provide other issues that she located. Tina had the garage door fixed and working better than before in less than 45 minutes. I hope I don’t have any other garage door issues in the near future but if I do, I know who I will call.

Tina arrived to the house at the time scheduled. She efficiently performed a check of our garage door operating system (operator, springs, etc…), lubricated the door’s rollers and made her recommendations. She was very professional, did not try to pressure us to replace the system but gave us an assessment of our operator. When the time comes to replace the door’s operator, Precision is who we will call.
