The Technicians arrived at my home on time and were very detailed when telling me what they would be doing to install my two garage doors. They were both very knowledgeable and very nice! After the job was completed, they explained to me how everything works and showed me a problem that would need to be fix with my old garage openers down the road. I am very happy with my new doors and the installation service! Thank you, Precision!

AJ did a great job of replacing the garage door springs and went the extra mile to make sure the other garage door worked well. He greased both garage doors and made sure both went up and down smoothly. What a difference! His outgoing personality also made it fun to have him there working. Precision does excellent communications. They went above and beyond letting me know when appointment was to giving me a reminder to when AJ was on his way. Beth in customer assistance was also super helpful in scheduling the appointment.

Leo your technician was very friendly efficient and timely. He completed the replacement of our garage door pad in a very short period of time. Checked and tightened the bolts on the garage door opener itself and explained how the new key pad operated. His explanation of all the work performed was clear and easy to understand. Excellent job performed by Leo.
