Wow, quality work (thank you Mathew) at a fair price. An example of above and beyond service: when I ran into difficulty programming the Homelink in my car, I posted an online question to Precision and they immediately responded with offer to send a technician out the next day, and then they offered to have the tech manager call me in the morning to sort it out. And all this from a text message I sent at 7:00pm, well after business hours!!! Customer service after the sale is THE mark of a quality organization.
