Dylan arrived on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed my problems and explained to me, in layman’s terms, what was going on. He spelled out my options, letting me know the cost of each, as well as pointing out the warranty differences. When I had decided on the option, he had all the parts available in his van and was able to start immediately and make the repairs. He worked neatly and efficiently. He was accompanied by his dog, Ziggy. After a quick meet and greet with my dog, Rosie, we all agreed the two dogs could play together, and they proceeded to tire each other out.

I'm very happy with Dylan's service. My old opener was giving me trouble. I thought I would have to replace the motor. Dylan looked over my system and clearly explained all of my options so I could make an informed decision. It turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought and I didn't need a whole new system. He replaced the aging springs and bearings. Now it works great. I would definitely recommend them.

I must say, from minute one this place is tip-top. Late one evening a sound like a bomb going off in my garage. Went out and a spring literally broke making the door not usable and a mess with all the cabling. My house is 6 years old and new construction materials used. I called at 830am and the receptionist was soooo nice on the phone and I asked if someone could come out same day, she said yes we have a tech in the area and he can come out in the hour! I was like, fantastic! Thank you!!! DYLAN was the tech that came out, super nice guy and plays guitar very very well : ) .... He worked with me on what was needed and basically rebuilt the whole door better than brand new. I'll say this much, my door had the metal rollers for the tracks --- the upgrade of nylon rollers for the door and torsion spring rather than springs above --- the right move and the door is quietly and runs soooo much more smoothly than it was new! I spent some $$$ that day but I paid a great price for very good quality of work performed. I would recommend this company and Dylan every day of the week. Thanks again.

I think this is the third time I have had these guys out to service my door. The first two times they showed up very quickly to fix a problem on an "emergency" basis. Tina came out yesterday to do routine maintenance on my door, lube, replace the worn noisy rollers and replace the dead keypad. After she left, I thought there was a problem, they had AJ swing by on his way home. There was no problem, just a glitch or something I did. These guys always charge a fair price and complete their work in a professional manner.

I couldn't have been more pleased. A.J. arrived on time and upon reviewing the garage door area he discovered the major issue keeping the door from closing which he quickly resolved. He also checked out the opener and gave advice on how to avoid a re-occurrence, including keeping the door's path free from debris which he personally swept away. We talked and discovered we had a lot in common, particularly a love of sports, although since I grew up in New England, our favorite pro teams competed in the same division for the most part. I totally enjoyed the time we spent together and the quick fix.
