The repair technician, Leo, arrived on time. Estimated the cost of repairs before starting the work. Installed a new bottom seal on the garage door, and replaced a damaged cable. Finished the job very efficiently. I was completely satisfied with the work. I had used Precision before and will definitely use them again.

WOW! Precision Door Sevice is excellent! After I parked my car, my door cable broke, essentially stranding me, as I am wheelchair bound. I called PDS and they set up an appointment for 10:00 am the next day. At 9:00, PDS Technician Vaughan called and said that he could be here at 9:30, if that was okay with me. When Vaughan arrived, he evaluated the problem with the broken door, then looked over my 2 other doors. He wrote me an estimate that included 4 different types of services, from basic repairs to full reconditioning of all three doors. He fully explained to me the problems, and how each level of repair would fix the problems. The prices were more than fair for the parts and the amount of work involved. Vaughan did the work quickly, quietly and effecientl, finishing the repairs more quickly than I had anticipated. Now, my doors are working like they are brand new! I strongly recommend PDS and their courteous hard-working tech, Vaughan. They are a top notch company from start to finish!

Gabriel did a wonderful job installing a new garage door opener and replacing springs, rollers and keypad. He was very professional and did an excellent job going over all the details with me, including making sure I was able to install the app on my phone and knew how to use it. I was also very impressed with same day service, especially on a Saturday!

Chris from Precision recently replaced a broken spring on our garage door. He did a great job. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and a very good communicator. Darrin Mills from Precision was here today to repair garage door. In no time, he assessed the problem, made the repair and left the garage door better than it was before it stopped working. I love my garage doors! After calling a couple other companies for assistance with replacing our old gagrage door, Jim Hopton came to us in person to speak with us and was top notch. While at our home, he suggested what would be best for our home staying in line with our budget. He was patient, and gave us time to decide on color and style. Quotes and lead time were clearly communicated. There was a very small delay in the installation due to the holidays, which we understood. Chris and Sean installed the doors and new opens as well as helped us program the keypad. The guys we friendly, professional and we felt confident in the service they provided. There was a small hiccup during the install that was remedied immediately, and very much appreciated. Having a team that communicates in a professional and timely manner these days is hard to come by, Precision Doors was the best choice for us and glad to do business with them. I would absolutely refer my family and friends for future business. Thanks guys, our doors look great and well will enjoy them for years to come!

I have used Precision Door Service for years. Most recently, the circuit boards died in my 15-year set of garage door openers. Within the next day, Precision installed two Liftmaster 87504 belt drive openers with Wifi, battery backup and cameras. I love the smart system and outstanding work done by Precision. I highly recommend them for whatever your garage needs.

AJ was a professional in his approach and provided, pricing for replacement in kind and two up grade options. He even looked over the other door and providing guidance on its condition, since he was here for a spring failure. We chose to do both doors even though, the other door had newer springs. Their installation by previous owner, was not professionally done. Never felt pressured just informed.

Great service. Bottom seal replaced on a old garage door where nothing was standard and everything was unique measurements. AJ figured out how to make it work and now I see no sunlight coming through the bottom. Great job by AJ and I highly recommend Precision for garage repairs.

Leo did an outstanding job! He was prompt, respectful, and thoughtful. He’s also an expert…very experienced - long tenure. Leo executed the work meticulously: replacing our old garage door opener with a new model in what I believe was a very short time frame, and then explained what he accomplished and provided directions regarding the new unit. I will definitely be calling Precision Door for future jobs!

I called to have my chain link garage door opener replaced. I had not anticipated the life altering experience that followed. House no longer shakes when closing, the door is almost now silent, and it was installed and old taken away in 2 hours! Shout out to Vaugh - extremely professional, knowledgeable, and will be happy to refer you to anyone.
