Gabriel did a wonderful job installing a new garage door opener and replacing springs, rollers and keypad. He was very professional and did an excellent job going over all the details with me, including making sure I was able to install the app on my phone and knew how to use it. I was also very impressed with same day service, especially on a Saturday!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Easy process to schedule appointment and get details on the process. The garage door opener installation from Darrin and Vaughn was great. They provided product options, recommendations and great attention to detail. At the end they walked me through all the features, app and code to make sure everything work as expected.

Chris from Precision recently replaced a broken spring on our garage door. He did a great job. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and a very good communicator. He provided us with several options and explained each option. Additionally he called twice to provide us with an estimated time of arrival. I am very pleased with the work performed by Chris at Precision.

Darrin Mills from Precision was here today to repair garage door. In no time, he assessed the problem, made the repair and left the garage door better than it was before it stopped working. Price was exceptionally reasonable and Darrin was exceptional too. He is a great person to work with. Precision’s turnaround time was great too. Highly recommend Precision and ask for Darrin.

I love my garage doors! After calling a couple other companies for assistance with replacing our old gagrage door, Jim Hopton came to us in person to speak with us and was top notch. While at our home, he suggested what would be best for our home staying in line with our budget. He was patient, and gave us time to decide on color and style. Quotes and lead time were clearly communicated. There was a very small delay in the installation due to the holidays, which we understood. Chris and Sean installed the doors and new opens as well as helped us program the keypad. The guys we friendly, professional and we felt confident in the service they provided. There was a small hiccup during the install that was remedied immediately, and very much appreciated. Having a team that communicates in a professional and timely manner these days is hard to come by, Precision Doors was the best choice for us and glad to do business with them. I would absolutely refer my family and friends for future business. Thanks guys, our doors look great and well will enjoy them for years to come!

I have used Precision Door Service for years. Most recently, the circuit boards died in my 15-year set of garage door openers. Within the next day, Precision installed two Liftmaster 87504 belt drive openers with Wifi, battery backup and cameras. I love the smart system and outstanding work done by Precision. I highly recommend them for whatever your garage needs.

AJ was a professional in his approach and provided, pricing for replacement in kind and two up grade options. He even looked over the other door and providing guidance on its condition, since he was here for a spring failure. We chose to do both doors even though, the other door had newer springs. Their installation by previous owner, was not professionally done. Never felt pressured just informed.

Great service. Bottom seal replaced on a old garage door where nothing was standard and everything was unique measurements. AJ figured out how to make it work and now I see no sunlight coming through the bottom. Great job by AJ and I highly recommend Precision for garage repairs.

Leo did an outstanding job! He was prompt, respectful, and thoughtful. He’s also an expert…very experienced - long tenure. Leo executed the work meticulously: replacing our old garage door opener with a new model in what I believe was a very short time frame, and then explained what he accomplished and provided directions regarding the new unit. I will definitely be calling Precision Door for future jobs!

Precision already replaced one and so I asked for the same Tech and he was able to come the same day and replace the old unit with a new one the same as the last time. Outstanding service, and I say that very few times. My wife backed into the track and damaged it on Friday afternoon, so I could not shut my garage door. Precision was able to rearrange service tech Leo's schedule and got him over with in hours. He repaired the track, checked over the entire door. Charged a more than a fair price. Would highly recommend this business.

I chose Precision after having contacted a half dozen other companies. Only one other came close and they were not located near enough. The response from the company was excellent. They charge for an inspection and this obviously saves them being given the run around by "window shoppers". The technician had a number of Door Opener in his Truck and I bought one on the spot. It was fitted and working in less than 2 hours. This is a Franchise run like a Family Business and I give my full recommendation to you to use them.
