My garage door was randomly opening in the middle of the night and precision was able to fit me in the very next day, even offering advice on how I can keep the door firmly shut before they arrived. Who doesn’t love free advice? Leo arrived right on time, was thorough in explaining the situation, resolved the problem by managing a few variables and was done in about a half hour. Has been working great ever since!

Our garage door opener was not working correctly. Your technician, Gabriel, came to our home and fixed the opener so it was working correctly. Gabriel fixed it fairly quickly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He sent an email and also called approximately 30 minutes prior to his arrival, so we knew when to expect him.
