And, even more importantly, he saw another issue which could have created a bigger more expensive problem and fixed that as well. My garage door opener, interior and exterior keypad totally died today. I am a past customer of Precision and knew I could count on them to confirm my fears and make the necessary repairs. Although an expensive repair, I am thrilled with the new Liftmaster garage door open, ah a keypad that works with a light touch, and the silence of the door is astounding to me - who knew. The work was diagnosed and repaired efficiently within 1 1/2 hours. I feel the better quality unit is going to give me years of service and I no longer have to wonder if the door will or will not open - the gremlin has left the building and with a Precision technician's expertise I am back up and running.

Next day service and even arrived early. William was excellent. He gave me a quote/recommendation quickly and explained everything. Besides replacing broken spring, he adjusted door and now it’s so quiet. Cost was very reasonable.

This was my first experience withPrecision doors. I was very impressed! The serviceman Brian was friendly and on time He explained everything to me. Dan was great, first he called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could show up early. I was having a problem with my garage door opener. He looked at the issues and we talked about the pro's and con's of repairing or replacing the opener. I decided the best option was to replace with a new LiftMaster Opener. Dan was very professional from start to finish.
