Called Saturday morning, I spoke to the boss, and within two hours the technician Darrin was at my home to address the garage issue. He was super friendly and very efficient, promptly assessed the situation, provided me with my options and a quote; on receiving my approval he promptly began to remedy the situation to my satisfaction, he needs a gold star. Precision Door can be relied on to do a great service at a reasonable price, I certainly would recommend them for all your garage door needs and should the occasion arise would be my first call.

Angel and Edwin are courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talked to. Angel explained what needs to be replaced and suggested some things to replace as well. Aside from the total cost of repair , the service was awesome.

Leo was great. Did a full inspection of both doors, not just the one I was having an issue with. He explained his findings and offered several solutions to the issues he found. Leo was able to resolve my issue the same day. Very happy with the service from Precision.
