Our 25-year old garage door opener died between Christmas and New Year. Despite it being the holiday season, Precision scheduled a a technician to be at our home the following day. Chris, the technician, was superb. He gave us several options to deal with the problem, ranging from a less expensive repair of our old unit to replacement with a selection of new unit. We had a new unit and an operating garage door opener with 2 hours. I was thoroughly satisfied.

Installation was scheduled from 2 to 5 pm. Leo called a half hour before and arrived at 2 on the dot. He was very courteous and explained what he was going to do and asked if I had questions. He programed the remote for not only the new opener, but also the other garage door opener. Leo's work was that of a professional.

This decision to select precision doors was a great decision. I called 4-5 services, and had three on site visits before selecting precision doors. The prices were similar, apparent quality of products were similar, but the knowledge of the on site estimate staff, the professionalism of the office receptionist, and above all, the tremendous workmanship of the installer (Gabe) was fantastic I will likely never need new garage doors installed in this region of the country, but this great team deserves as much ‘repeat’ business as one person’s review can generate. Note- don’t be in a hurry - it may take time to get the new doors into the shop, and then the installation staff to be available. For me, it was well worth the wait. I am very happy with the outcome

We had one of our garage door openers replaced by Precision Door. We found them on the internet, their prices were very competitive, were a pleasure to deal with, and were able to schedule a service call right away. The service technician that did the work was very knowledgeable, easy to deal with, very clear in the options available, and did the work in a short period of time. We would definitely call upon Precision Door again if we have a need of this nature.

I had my new garage door installed today by Angel and Edwin Rivera. The guys are obviously experienced and efficient. They seem to really enjoy their work and really focused on the details to make the install as perfect as possible. The online door designer is pretty great and makes ordering a door easy.

My experience with Precision was great. I was able to chat online with a representative and my service call was set up for the same day. Leo contacted me while he was on route (and on time.) They installer did not have model 8355 I ordered to replace my older but working unit . He talked me into accepting model 8550 with WizFi. He did not activate the WiFi and simply left me a printed manual.

Tech installed garage door opener motor only. The tech said the motor only came with 1 remote but left a 2nd remote which was very nice of him. He was going to leave a spare garage door pulley cable but never did. He decided to leave the old track instead of a new one because it is a single piece track that is heavier duty which was fine. He did not leave the new track or any hardware. He had the motor installed fairly quickly. He left before I could use the coupon.

Had a Precision garage door installed 4 years ago. Stopped working tonight. Saturday night at 6 pm was able to get through and manager Brian was dispatched and fixed problem by 7:30 pm. Great service and a good solid door. Thanks
