Thank you so much to Matthew Murphy from precision door repair. Can’t say enough about Matthew, he arrived on time and was so knowledgeable and courteous. Had a few issues with my garage door and Matthew gave me options, we settled on something and he repaired it the same day. Matthew has a wonderful personality and made me feel so comfortable. Kind of felt like I had a friend over for the afternoon. Hope I don’t need any more repairs on my garage for a while but if I do precision will be the first place that I call and I will ask for Matthew. Thank you.

Precision service met my expectations.Amazing service. Darrin Mills was my technician he was very professional. I told him my issuses with the garage doors. He then explained the issuses to me. The Springs were weak and pulleys were worn. Also replaced bearings,cables and replaced bottom rubber on both doors. I will give my Technician a 10 out of10 on his work. Fabulious Job. I highly recommend Darrin Mills as your technican when using Precision Garage Door Service.

We had a garage door emergency—a cable broke on our door at 1 pm with our SUV trapped inside our garage. We had tickets to a Phillies game that evening (6:40), so an emergency call for help saw Dylan show up mid-afternoon. Great service! Precision Door installed my garage door 5 years ago and I contacted them for a service check.
