Darrin Mills did an excellent job performing my Garage Door Opener motor battery replacement. He arrived exactly on time and also called me to tell me he was on his way. I did not have to wait through the 4 hour time window because he arrived at the start of the 4 hour time window. He checked the door operation and changed my remote controls' batteries. He also showed me how to open the motor housing door for when I have to change the light bulbs. I also appreciated only having to wait two days for the appointment. The price was very reasonable. This was a five star job!

Tom Schray and his assistant arrived on time on the designated day with a courtesy call to say they were on the way. This was in addition to a text with the same notification. There was a detailed discussion about the problem and the best solution with details on all costs involved. I appreciated the time taken by Tom to explain since I am a senior citizen and not used to dealing with such a problem. They were prepared to fix the problem same day and expertly proceeded to repair the broken spring, cables and rollers. Their attention to detail every step of the way was impressive.
