I had the garage door accidentally close on a broom handle. This significantly damaged the door. I called Precision Door because my neighbors across the street recommended them. Matthew was the service technician. He was very customer focused and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time measuring in order to give me an estimate for repair. He closed the door and locked it which made me feel more secure. I feel very confident in his ability to install a new door if that is the decision I make. Thanks

Tina our service technician was absolutely awesome to work with. Tina explained all of our options and repaired our garage door. Tina also showed me how to lock the garage door and disengage the auto so I can manually open my garage door in emergencies. Tina was extremely professional and fully knowledgeable of all matters concerning our garage door. She is an asset to your company.

Our 25-year old garage door opener died between Christmas and New Year. Despite it being the holiday season, Precision scheduled a a technician to be at our home the following day. Chris, the technician, was superb. He gave us several options to deal with the problem, ranging from a less expensive repair of our old unit to replacement with a selection of new unit. We had a new unit and an operating garage door opener with 2 hours. I was thoroughly satisfied.

Booked appointment online for a couple of days later.Regular reminders and text updates on technician’s progress towards and arrival at our property. Very customer oriented and pleasant tech. My experience with Precision was a very positive one. It began with Beth, who answered the phone. Ever so pleasant and efficient, she was able to schedule me for same day service for my problem. She explained the visit fee and gave me the name of the service technician. She also answered any questions I had. Leo, the service technician, was scheduled to come between 1 and 3. He called earlier and asked if he could come at 12:15. He was prompt, courteous and eager to answer my questions so that I could understand what happened to the opener. He showed me a problem he noticed with my springs and cables (23 years old) which were headed for breakage (even I could see that) and gave me several options to defer the breakage. I am totally satisfied with the service Precision performed and would recommend them.

I just had Precision come out to my home on a Saturday. They came and fixed a bent roller track. The Teck, Dylan Reynolds, was absolutely incredible. Not only did he fix our original issue quickly, he also went up and beyond by double checking the springs and motor on the other garage door opener (and made small adjustments to that other door he wasn't even working on). I've used two other different Garage Door Companies in the past but from now on, I'm staying with Precision. I'm very happy with the knowledge, friendliness, and the fairness of their prices.
