Making an appt was so easy online and we verbally confirmed with the office. We explained our predicament with the wall keypd outside and our attempts to replace it and program it. Dylan showed up promptly within the window of time and called to tell us when he should arrive. He was quite efficient in connecting the new keypad and tested it several times. We had an issue with our main spring breaking. The company was able to schedule someone out within a few days. He had a lovely person, Jonathan, work on our garage door. He was very thorough with the inspection of the current garage parts and motor. He let us see three different options to fix the issue with different warranties. Jonathan worked quickly and efficiently and was helpful with input on possibly getting a new garage door in the future as well. We already have plans to get an estimate for a new garage door from Precision, and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Great service! Precision Door installed my garage door 5 years ago and I contacted them for a service check. Making the appointment was easy and I was updated the day of and while the technician was on his way. Darrin M, who installed the door 5 years ago, provided service for a loose chain and spring tightening. Darrin is very professional and he discussed the reason for the issue and how he would fix it. The door is operating smoothly and I thank Darrin and the Precision Door team for another great experience.
