We had a garage door emergency—a cable broke on our door at 1 pm with our SUV trapped inside our garage. We had tickets to a Phillies game that evening (6:40), so an emergency call for help saw Dylan show up mid-afternoon. He assessed the problem (after a thorough inspection of the system), kept me informed about possible solutions, and, on the spot, did the job efficiently and professionally. Great service! Precision Door installed my garage door 5 years ago and I contacted them for a service check. Making an appt was so easy online and we verbally confirmed with the office. We explained our predicament with the wall keypd outside and our attempts to replace it and program it. Dylan showed up promptly within the window of time and called to tell us when he should arrive. He was quite efficient in connecting the new keypad and tested it several times.
