I contacted Precision on Friday evening via their website to schedule an appointment since my garage door motor died. I contacted Precision based on the previous work they performed two years ago and was very satisfied with the products and workmanship. Darrin Mills was at my residence Monday morning to assess the problem. Darrin was on time and demonstrated a understanding to my issue. He explained what my options were to fixed the problem in detail. I had Darrin install a new garage door opener unit replacing the existing one. The products were top notch and easy to operate. This is not the first time I've used Precision to remedy a problem with my garage-door opener (a door that they didn't originally install.) And, now, I've another perfect experience with the Company. From the moment you call for an appointment, you are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently. You don't have to wait any appreciable time for the appointment and Precision is meticulous about keeping you up-to-date about your upcoming visit -- projected price and the precise time of the serviceperson's arrival....which in my case, proceeded exactly as planned. To make matters even better, the representative, Dylan, kept in touch before arriving and was punctual, very cordial, and knew immediately how to solve the problem and did so quickly. Tina arrived to the house at the time scheduled. She efficiently performed a check of our garage door operating system (operator, springs, etc…), lubricated the door’s rollers and made her recommendations. She was very professional, did not try to pressure us to replace the system but gave us an assessment of our operator. When the time comes to replace the door’s operator, Precision is who we will call.
