I appreciated the time taken by Tom to explain since I am a senior citizen and not used to dealing with such a problem. Leo did a great job!! I got a new remotes, new opener, spring replaced, rollers replaced, keypad, Leo did a great job explained to me how a garage door worked. He explained to me exactly what he was gonna do before he started. He went over a great detail how to use the new opener and the remote and the keypad. Also, all the aspects of the new stuff that he put in place. it is so wonderful to have somebody come in. Do a great job. The Village at Hillview Coatesville, PA was developed by Orleans (acquired by Lennar). Like most developers, many discontinued materials or low cost / low quality items were used in construction. They garage doors, no exception. Precision, West Chester, tech Dylan Reynolds was pleasant about presenting options to replace our broken spring.
