He gave me good advice and options for either repairing or replacing the garage door. The tech (Dylan) arrived on time and explained to me what the problem was. He said he would be back tomorrow with the replacement parts. He installed the new parts and then explained how to use them. He was quite courteous and very professional. The next day when I had a question I called him and he explained over the phone what I had to do. I would therefore, recommend Precision very highly.
