At this point, I don’t believe I would be able to give a 5-star review. The main reasons are: • The technician who visited did not seem very familiar with the product. • The estimate provided does not clearly outline exactly what I’m purchasing for nearly $10,000. • I have competing offers with a better R-factor, and your Your email bounced back that I tried to respond back to price for the side-mount lift is roughly double that of a competitor. I wanted to share this feedback, so you understand my concerns. If you’d like to provide more detailed information or clarify what’s included, I’m open to reviewing it.

My experience of purchasing a garage door and opener with Precision Door was excellent. Leo was very knowledgeable, accessible and accommodating. He went above and beyond to hunt down an obscure color chip that we ultimately ruled out anyway. Installers Angel and Eddie worked super fast, efficient and clean. Absolutely painless process from this reluctant DIYer's perspective. Well worth having these professionals do what they do best. Also very satisfied with the quality of the Hormann garage door and Precision's opener. Will certainly recommend them.

I had a problem with my Garage Door panels flapping and making a noise. When I called Precision Door they had all the data from a previous repair about nine years ago and knew my name. We scheduled service for the next day. Precision Door sent Leo Cornelius, who was very courteous, factual and presented a great business presence. He helped us select the overhead Garage Door that was very similar in color and design, and we ordered it on the spot. We live in a development where we are very strict in keeping the original quality of the development presence is required.
