My experience of purchasing a garage door and opener with Precision Door was excellent. Leo was very knowledgeable, accessible and accommodating. He went above and beyond to hunt down an obscure color chip that we ultimately ruled out anyway. Installers Angel and Eddie worked super fast, efficient and clean. Absolutely painless process from this reluctant DIYer's perspective. Well worth having these professionals do what they do best. Also very satisfied with the quality of the Hormann garage door and Precision's opener. Will certainly recommend them.

I had a problem with my Garage Door panels flapping and making a noise. When I called Precision Door they had all the data from a previous repair about nine years ago and knew my name. We scheduled service for the next day. Precision Door sent Leo Cornelius, who was very courteous, factual and presented a great business presence. He helped us select the overhead Garage Door that was very similar in color and design, and we ordered it on the spot. We live in a development where we are very strict in keeping the original quality of the development presence is required. The spring broke on our garage door and the door would not open--electronically or manually. We were stuck. I called at 4:30 PM and had a service man the next morning at 8:30 AM. The repair guy, Gabriel, was excellent--knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in understanding what is best to keep the door operating well in the future.

I found them on the internet and was absolutely delighted. I have had trouble for the last 3 years with my "new" garage door opener. The previous company did a poor job at installation and even worse customer service. Ed from Precision did a great job and my door runs like new. And they are very reasonable!!
