Our technician was Tina who carefully explained what was wrong with my doors and without pressure told me what my options were. Tina replaced two garage door openers, and the rollers on one of the doors. Precision was able to get me in the same day that I called for a broken cable on my garage door. The technician Darrin was very professional and quickly replaced the required parts. Job site was clean when finished. Price might have been a bit high for the job (although I did not do a ton of price comparisons because I needed to get someone out right away to fix my issue). Highly recommend, especially if you are in need of immediate help with your garage door. Beth in customer service was super nice, especially when she heard the panic and anxiety in my voice when I explained my need for immediate help.

The technician who did the service call was great and explained everything he did, reset the settings on my controller, and made a few wire adjustments to avoid future problems. However, the actual problem (misaligned sensors) could have been taken care of over the telephone, if the person who took my call had been more explicit in his questions and test questions. I also appreciated the quick service - I called on a Friday afternoon and was offered a Saturday morning appointment, which was inconvenient for me, so the technician came early Monday morning, right on time.

From the beginning, when I called & talked to a pleasant helpful person, who quickly arranged an appointment, to the also, pleasant & helpful rep, Michael Hopton, I received a terrific experience from Precision Door South East PA. I learned so much about garage door openers & garage doors - much more than from the original garage door opener installer, who also came back for inspection. but hardly talked or explained anything compared to the good advice & information I obtained from Michael. He also included a couple of minor repairs. My garage door opener now works great !!
