Garage door repair and install of new motor, remotes and keypad, all done by Technician Vaughn Yanko. Did a fantastic job. Was at scheduled appointment promptly. Vaughn was very courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in explaining the service being performed. Highly recommend Precision Door Service. Work was done in New Hope PA.

Jonathan was right on time, examined the door, explained what it needed and why, prepared my estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. He was personable & polite and good as what he does. I did get the Military discount, but I noticed when I went online that a Garage Door repair coupon was available for $15.00 off the total which I wasn't aware of at the time of service. Is it too late to get that discount? Which is greater, Military or Senior citizen discount or are they the same? Note: I paid by check.

So far, so good. Door isn't installed yet, but the sales experience was wonderful. Phone conversation (Brian) was loaded with information without the heavy sales pitch. Person who came to my home (Ed H.) was knowledgeable and professional, kind and polite. Several discounts along with 3 differently-priced options made my purchase a no-brainer.
