So far, so good. Door isn't installed yet, but the sales experience was wonderful. Phone conversation (Brian) was loaded with information without the heavy sales pitch. Person who came to my home (Ed H.) was knowledgeable and professional, kind and polite. Several discounts along with 3 differently-priced options made my purchase a no-brainer. I am not even afraid of entering an unknown area of repair - they seem honest, safe, and efficient.
