Repair person was pleasant and fixed my problem in a timely fashion, but there was miscommunication on what was being completed. I thought I was getting new rollers, but apparently the $900 option I chose did not include them. This was inconsistent with my understanding of the work I agreed to, which seemed expensive in my opinion. Also, one of the repaired items was a new key pad for an opener, which Precison had installed 24 months ago. It was apparently not under warranty any more. My other opener and keypad (came with the house when I bought it) is over 15 years old and still going strong. It was very frustrating that the roller issue was miscommunicated and that I was charged full price for a keypad to replace the old one Pecision installed 2 years ago. I will not use Precision again in the future.

Brett, Sorry that the explanation of the work to be done was not clear. More sorry that we lost your confidence in working with us in the future. On our side, we'll try to train our repair technicians to make things more clear on what will and will not be done with any work and what charges are applied and not. Please look at your receipt more closely. You're keypad charge was zero. Conversely, I hope that the spring system repair we did do leaves your door working well form many years to come. There is a 4 yr warranty on those parts and if anything breaks, they are covered.

Fantastic service! Our garage door opener stopped working at 3:00 on the Friday after Thanksgiving and the technician was there by 4:00. He explained what was needed (new garage door opener because of failed circuit board on 20 year old unit), the options for a new opener, and finished the work in about an hour and 15 minutes - including removing the old chain mechanism and replacing it with newer cables. After he finished, he instructed us on how to use the keypad and answered questions. The installer was a real professional! Thank you so much!

I called today to set up an appointment for a garage door repair and they said they would come out today bwt. Noon and 3 PM. What a nice surprise they were here at ll:45 AM. I would like to thank Gabe Pojar for his professional and courteous approach on resolving my garage door problem. Gabe reviewed all the options with me before starting the repairs. I have previously used another garage door service but going forward I will only call Precision. I could not successfully install a new Genie keypad, despite a lengthy call with Genie Customer Service. I contacted Precision and Gabe confirmed my suspicion that the new keypad was faulty. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a functioning keypad before he left. Thank you, Gabe!

I was very pleased with the timely service provided by Precision Garage Door. One of the tensioned garage door springs had broken, and I know enough not to attempt that repair as a DIY project. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Later that afternoon I was contacted by the technician asking if I was available the same day, as he had freed up earlier on a prior job and was in the area. The technician; Mike Hopton was exceptional. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote before starting any work. He advised me of a military discount and completed the job in a timely manner. Mike also took the time to explain the procedures, and answered all my questions. Mike made some additional adjustments and fixed the light fixture on the opener, even providing a light bulb for the new fixture. The parts for the job were the majority of my bill. I found the labor costs to be a fair representation of the service performed. I will definitely use Precision for my future garage door needs. Randy U.

Excellent customer service! Everyone I dealt with, from start to finish, was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The issue with my garage door was identified in minutes and then AJ clearly laid out the steps he would take to repair it, working from least expensive up. He was able to get it working with the least expensive option and was finished in 20 min. I highly recommend them!

I was thoroughly satisfied nd impressed with Precision's timely response, quality of their work and their professionalism. I had Precision install two new garage doors a number of years ago so I called them when I needed new garage door openers. Found Precision in the yellow pages...needed new spring and cables on 25 year old single garage door unit... Delighted, even honestly surprised when their service (A J Yanko) showed up On Time, looked at the situation, gave me four options, had all the needed materials, tackled the job as promised even though a couple of invisible snags got in the way (e.g. studs not centered inside the wall), and finished by updating the system for twenty dollars or so more than simply repairing the old system. AJ knew his stuff, exceedingly polite, great work. Thanks. I'll call Precision when the old opener needs replacing; AJ's honest appraisal: keep the old one until it's done. Nice not to be "sold" unnecessarily.

Broken spring :( We originally called the West Chester company that installed our garage door, and were told the earliest they could get here was 1-1/2 to 2 weeks out! That wait time was ridiculous (what if our cars had been trapped in the garage with a door too heavy to lift?!)... I'm so glad we looked for another provider and found Precision! We got an appointment with Precision the very next day, the estimate was very clearly presented, and the work was all done in about an hour. AJ was friendly, professional, and did an awesome job!! Would absolutely recommend.

My wooden garage door began to intermittently produce a loud "bang" when the bottom of it reached the garage floor. I did my own troubleshooting: there were no broken cables and no obstructions. I called Precision and did not have to wait long for a scheduled appointment. Dylan arrived on time and performed a complete inspection of the door and opener equipment. It was evident to me that he is knowledgeable and likes the work he does. He answered all my questions about the operation of the door, the opener and remote control. It took patience to diagnose the problem since the loud bang was intermittent. Dylan discovered that the steel bracket attached to the garage door did not provide double-sided support of the arm that moves the door up and down (even though it was securely fastened and posed no safety risk) and was the cause of the intermittent banging. He replaced the bracket and the garage door movement has never been quieter! He also adjusted the spring tension and door movement position settings.
