Although I would rather not have had to call Precision because my old door opener short circuited due to lightning ,I was glad that I did. The tech that came out to see me was very courteous and preformed his job quickly. I had to replace the old opener and Precision helped me to do that very quickly and painlessly. I am happy with the liftmaster WiFi door opener that was installed. Precision is a top notch company and I would recommend them to anyone with garage door opener problems. This was a very unwanted and unexpected expense, Precision explained all of my options and the tech was very transparent with the costs involved. Well Done guys!!

I honestly had no clue who to call, Precision had a great rating on google so I gave them a shot. I now know why they have such great ratings. Ed came out on time, got right to work, explained everything as he went and made us feel 100% comfortable with what needed to be done. He was extremely personable and professional. I will absolutely recommend Edward Hesling from Precision to anyone looking for garage door repair.
