Precision garage door was open on Saturday, I needed a repair so I called. I was able to speak with a Real person, not a computer! Victor the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Had an online chat on their website around 8 am. They answered my questions and had a curtious installer at my home by 10. He had everything needed for the installation on his truck. The install was completed by 12 noon including some upgrades I requested. I was totally impressed by how quickly they responded to my needs. Contact them , you will not be disappointed.

Your technician Leo was absolutely amazing. He was able to provide 2 new remotes and pair my car’s opener. Leo was prompt, courteous, thorough and very knowledgeable. Leo also provided an estimate for a new motor as my opener is getting quite old. Old fashioned 5 star service! Leo is certainly an asset to your company!
