I scheduled the appointment on line. response was prompt and on time for the scheduled appointment. our opener was over 20 years old. almost everything had to be replaced which we knew was probably the case. we are happy with everything that was done and the workers were efficient and courteous. It's great to have a functional opener again especially since it is a two car door and too heavy for two elderly people to open the door manually.

I called Precision to replace the spring the day after Thanksgiving. The tech, Gabriel Pojar, arrived a few hours later. The garage door repair company we had used for past repairs had gone out of business so we decided to try Precision Door. Very satisfied with the job performed by the repairman A.J. Yanko. After performing a thorough check of our two garage doors and openers, he replaced all of the garage door seals which had been worn out from twenty years of use. The final result was great - the finish work was perfect and our garage doors look much better (and are now sealed against the weather). We'll be using Precision Door going forward.
