One of the springs on my garage door broke yesterday, and I needed it repaired quickly. Dylan was the technician who came out before noon. He thoroughly inspected the system, explained everything clearly, and made helpful recommendations. Terrible communication. Just another private equity backed company (KKR) that over charges. They show up with their iPads and oversell you on products you probably don’t need. Reiterating terrible communication skills. They slap a sticker on your garage wall immediately upon arrival, without asking. Find a local business do not use a neighborly company like precision garage door.

Tina also showed me how to lock the garage door and disengage the auto so I can manually open my garage door in emergencies. I needed to replace my garage door opener. My neighbor recommended Precision since they had some work done recently and were very pleased. The technicians that I dealt with (Matthew and Chris) were a pleasure to work with. They went over all of my options so I could make an educated decision on which opener to choose and which door parts should be updated.
