It can be tricky to find a trustworthy garage door service company, and I'm glad that I found Precision! I appreciate that you had someone available to answer the phone when I called, and options for me to choose from to schedule. Tina was my technician and she was great - showed up on time, was very professional, and you can tell she's an expert. I also appreciate that she didn't try to upsell me on items or services I didn't yet need. I also appreciate your emphasis on safety, quality, and doing things right. I'll be a customer of yours as long as I live in this area. Thanks!

I needed to replace my garage door opener. My neighbor recommended Precision since they had some work done recently and were very pleased. The technicians that I dealt with (Matthew and Chris) were a pleasure to work with. They went over all of my options so I could make an educated decision on which opener to choose and which door parts should be updated. A new garage door opener was installed along with some additional parts (spring, rollers, etc.). Scheduling was a breeze and the work was done perfectly. I could not be happier. Thank you Precision!

I chose Precision because I saw how many years they were in business and the reassurance of the customer service. I had a bad install and service from another company and called precision to help trouble shoot some issues. Andre gave me a complete and thorough explanation of all the issues. The technician , Gabriel, was professional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain what should be replaced to achieve maximum functionality for my garage doors. He replaced a cable, rollers, a pulley and bearings. Gabriel was very efficient & did a good job.
