I couldn't have been more pleased. A.J. arrived on time and upon reviewing the garage door area he discovered the major issue keeping the door from closing which he quickly resolved. He also checked out the opener and gave advice on how to avoid a re-occurrence, including keeping the door's path free from debris which he personally swept away. We talked and discovered we had a lot in common, particularly a love of sports, although since I grew up in New England, our favorite pro teams competed in the same division for the most part. I totally enjoyed the time we spent together and the quick fix.

During the first year i had issues with the key pad and they came and fixed it promptly. I still had issues with the key pad after the first year and they were very responsive in solving the issue.
