Garage door technician A. J. Yanko was excellent and outstanding. He evaluated the situation and gave us a selection of choices for the repair. We did not know we had one of the two torsion springs broken. Our door would not open nor close - being stuck at halfway open. When I unwittingly released the door opener latch, the door fell a bit, stopping at an angle - still not closed -- but that action caused the track on one side to bend out a fair amount - and two rollers to come off. A.J. was matter-of-fact about what happened -- what was wrong with the door and what it would take to fix it --being brutally honest in a kind and professional way -- which was deeply appreciated. No sugar coating the situation. He replaced the torsion springs and got the door working within two hours - with springs recommended for 10,000 door openings. We give our door at least 10 up and downs on a school day - much less on a weekend. A.J. is a knowledgeable and consummate professional. Leo Cornelius came to replace our broken garage door spring. He was prompt, very courteous and finished the job in less time than we thought it would take. Great customer service! Recently, our garage door spring broke and a weld broke on one the panels requiring a brand new door and rail system. Precision answered our call late on a Friday afternoon and sent a technician out the next day to tell us what was needed. Within a few days the new door/rail system was in place and we were back in business. We are quite satisfied with the new door and everyone involved.
