My garage door broke on Saturday , i went online to find someone that fixes garage doors. Precision was first on the list so i gave them a call. The customer service rep was friendly and professional. They were prompt , courteous and offered a military discount. Gregg the technician was great . Id use them again .

Greg did an excellent job replacing the broken spring. My garage door is now run very smoothly. I would have given a 5 star rating were it not for the high cost of the spring and replacement cables.

I called your company because I had to get out of my garage on Sunday and you offered emergency service. I was very pleased with the gentleman (forgot his name) who came out to repair the broken spring. He was very professional and he did a great job. I would definitely call your company again if the need arises.

Our garage door was having issue opening all the way. Sometimes it would work and other times it got stuck about 2 feet off the ground. The technician we had was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue right away. The left spring was broken, leaving all the burden of the door's weight on the one spring. He was very thorough in his work, making sure he also inspected the other parts of the door, such as the cables, bearings, and plates. He provided on-the-spot estimates for 3 different packages. I selected the package the made the most sense and that fit within my budget. Lastly, he demonstrated the operation of the door once he completed his work to make sure I was satisfied (which I was). Overall, I was extremely pleased with Precision and would certainly use them again for any future work. Thanks again, Marcus Ricci

tech was VERY courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and quick. my only complaint is I was told (via website chat)weekend hourly labor rate was $89.95. No minimum charge was discussed. Tech was onsite a maximum of 25 minutes yet I was charged the full hour. still overall a 4 star rating.

Super fast response and repair work. The technician called 30 minutes ahead of time, was very polite, and professional. He communicated what needed to be done and why, which was appreciated. Overall excellent experience and I would absolutely use their services again.
