Great customer experience. I called first thing in the AM they came out the same morning and fixed our problem. Tech called while in transit keeping us informed of arrival time, showed up on time, and fixed our problem professionally and quickly. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent job and I would highly recommend Precision. We had broken spring for our garage door. Before contacting Precision, I made the mistake of calling another company that popped up first on a google search as working in our area and advertised free quotes. The guy who showed up for the other company was very shady and then tried to extort us for a ridiculous amount to replace the springs. The experience with Precision was totally the opposite and Precision was incredibly professional from the first call through the end of the job. Precision was up front about pricing from the beginning, communicated well about scheduling and the guy who did the job, AJ, was terrific.
