We give Precision Garage Service a 5-star rating and the highest recommendation. What a wonderful experience and a great way to start a day. Jeffrey performed the service and Brian facilitated the appointment. I called Friday, September, the 6th, asked for Monday, September 9th and Brian was able to get me an appointment, Saturday, September 7, at 8 am to be completed by 11 am. WOW! WHAT ACCOMMODATIONS. Brian was professional, kind and personable. Everything he promised about the service proved true. Jeffrey performed a double spring Torsion Package. He was wonderful, thorough, punctual, knowledgable and he explained and walked us through every stage of the process. We appreciated his thoughtfullness and time to make sure we thoroughly understood the problem and the solution. Just an outstanding company. They came highly recommend to me and the recommendation was accurate!

Gabe from Precision Garage came to my house this past Saturday which was convenient so I didn't have to take time off work. I received text messages and a call letting me know when he was on his way. He knew how to solve all my issues and did so in less time, for less money than I expected. This is a great company to work with. Very professional, dependable, knowledgeable and reasonable. There is never a reason for me to contact another competitor.

I love it when someone shows up when they are supposed to, knows what they are doing, has all the parts on the truck and when they leave, everything is working as it is supposed to. We have a 30 year old heavy wooden varnished double door. Other people have tried to sell us new doors, but we like this. The Tech (Ed) explained that our 15 year old springs were worn and gave us three different options to fix the problems, without trying to sell us new doors. He replaced the springs and hardware. He explained our motor still had life left it in and didn't pressure us to replace it. We did chose to replace the 15 year old motor. WHen he was done, the door worked quieter than it has ever done. Before he left, he even reprogrammed the remotes on both our cars, and petted the dog. Can't ask for more!

Leo (tech) did a great job. Clean, quick and efficient -- a total professional. He explained our options (we had a broken spring and a 10-YO door needing general maintenance) very clearly. Plus, we called on a Saturday morning and he was at our place by 2:00 Saturday afternoon. That's service!

I used two companies with the name Precision for other repairs and service so when I needed a garage door repaired, I thought that I would use the name Precision again. I was not disappointed. They were punctual, explained my options in an effective and communicative manner, and Gary and Ed performed the job in a efficient and timely manner.
