Dylan arrived on time, and proceeded to give an overall assessment of our garage doors, with various options for repair, and or replacement. We chose to repair the existing doors. Dylan was very professional in his customer interchange explaining everything. He also was very efficient in doing the repairs immediately after our discussion of the options. I would highly recommend him. I was also very pleased that the repairs could be done in this initial visit, without delay. The repair was more costly than other estimates we obtained, but are very satisfied with the work done.

I was relieved when my noisy, jerky garage door closed smoothly after a new set of cables and rollers replaced the old, damaged ones. Tina, the technician, was very efficient and competent.
