Technician was pleasant and fixed the lose belt on our garage door in 5 minutes with no tools or parts needed. The reason I can only give a "3" star is because the charge was $200...for literally 5 minutes. Precision Doors charges $85 to come out and an hourly fee on top of that. Feels like a lot...

This was such a great experience and we will definitely use their services again and recommend them to all. It was a three hour turnaround from the time we called until our garage door was back in operation right before Thanksgiving guests. Fantastic service (this time Darren, last time Leo) , quick and just really nice folks. My 2 door openers are about 19 yrs old and so have broken a couple times recently. Fixed again but will definitely be going to Precision for a new installation with modern technology when it's time! Thanks!

My experience Precision Door Service was excellent starting with the phone call for assistance with my garage door and ending with the repair technician who came out to repair my door. First time customer of Precision and was very impressed. They answered the phone when I called and had me on the schedule within a day or two (could have even came out same day if I wanted to pay an emergency fee). Leo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great helping me understand my options. I also couldn't believe it when Leo called to say he was on his way and that he was going past a Wawa and asked if I wanted a coffee! Overall very satisfied, especially with how quickly they could come out and how easy it was to work with them, they seem to be very customer oriented.
