Got an appointment for the day after I called. The technician, Gabriel, was on time, very knowledgeable and personable. He answered my many questions and explained the problems in an easily understandable way. He helped me program my garage door opener remote and reprogram my outdoor keypad. I highly recommend this company. Very pleased with the service.

The technician (Mike) was on time, explained in detail the problems, completed the work and the door is fantastic. The door was making a horrible noise when opened and closed. I tried several lubes to resolve the problem but was unsuccessful. The rollers on both doors were replaced and the noise is gone! Very happy with the work done. I will definitely use this company again if needed. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

I found the Receptionist (Beth) who answered the phone when I made my appointment to be extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. My service technician,Gabriel Pohar, was very patient and thorough with his explanations of the different motors. He was efficient with his work and explained everything about the motor I had replaced. He cleaned up and left no debris. I can truthfully say he was one of the best service persons I had ever had. Our newest driver in the house was rushing to school and was too impatient to allow the door to open all the way. It looked absolutely like a lost cause. Precision came out RIGHT Away and had the door functional for a fair price!!! AJ was great metal bender as he stated!
