I highly recommend Precision. They sent AJ the same day even though it wasn't an emergency. He carefully explained and showed me what he found, and gave me several choices of what and how to address the problem. After his work was finished, he again showed me what he'd found: a few not-so-good surprises. He was thorough and friendly. I would definitely call this service again: and I would ask for AJ.

Got an appointment for the day after I called. The technician, Gabriel, was on time, very knowledgeable and personable. He answered my many questions and explained the problems in an easily understandable way. He helped me program my garage door opener remote and reprogram my outdoor keypad. I highly recommend this company. Very pleased with the service.

The technician (Mike) was on time, explained in detail the problems, completed the work and the door is fantastic. The door was making a horrible noise when opened and closed. I tried several lubes to resolve the problem but was unsuccessful. The rollers on both doors were replaced and the noise is gone! Very happy with the work done. I will definitely use this company again if needed. Outstanding customer service!!!!!
