Called Precision because we are previous customers from purchasing a replacement garage door opener and replacing a broken torsion spring (separate encounters). Great job today. Prompt response and corrected an eight foot double garage door with a broken lift cable bracket that was jammed askew in the tracks. AJ diagnosed the problem, had the needed repair parts and completed the work quickly. The price was reasonable too. Would use Precision again if needed.

I had a fantastic service visit today with Precision for a routine check of my garage door opener and all parts, lube maintenance and an installation of a replacement back up battery. The Tech (A.J. Yanko) was a truly great guy. He was right on time, professional, friendly and did high quality work and in a very neat fashion. I'll be asking for him again in the future. The costs and pricing were very reasonable, and in fact, were less than what was estimated on the call where I made my appointment.
