I found the Receptionist (Beth) who answered the phone when I made my appointment to be extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. My service technician,Gabriel Pohar, was very patient and thorough with his explanations of the different motors. He was efficient with his work and explained everything about the motor I had replaced. He cleaned up and left no debris. I can truthfully say he was one of the best service persons I had ever had. Thank you.

Our newest driver in the house was rushing to school and was too impatient to allow the door to open all the way. It looked absolutely like a lost cause. Precision came out RIGHT Away and had the door functional for a fair price!!! AJ was great metal bender as he stated! The technician who did the service call was great and explained everything he did, reset the settings on my controller, and made a few wire adjustments to avoid future problems. However, the actual problem (misaligned sensors) could have been taken care of over the telephone, if the person who took my call had been more explicit in his questions and test questions. I also appreciated the quick service - I called on a Friday afternoon and was offered a Saturday morning appointment, which was inconvenient for me, so the technician came early Monday morning, right on time.

Technician was on-time, knowledgeable, and offered a variety of solutions with different pricing options for fixing the broken springs. Repair was done without much fanfare and the doors work now. In a world where (unfortunately) many repair jobs are a hassle to schedule, a song-and-dance to get done, and then the issue persists, Precision Door simply delivers. This is the second fix we've used them for and will not hesitate in the future.

2 years ago our installation was flawless (16' and 8' doors). Just for peace of mind I had Precision come out to check on things last week, do some lubrication. The doors were still in perfect working order. The technician, was very knowledgeable, courteous and just good folk.

I am so glad we decided to use Precision for our new garage doors. The service has been wonderful! We had a garage door "emergency" on Sunday afternoon and someone answered the phone immediately and solved the problem. The communication from start to finish was great and the doors are perfect.
