Dylan arrived on time, and proceeded to give an overall assessment of our garage doors, with various options for repair, and or replacement. We chose to repair the existing doors. Dylan was very professional in his customer interchange explaining everything. He also was very efficient in doing the repairs immediately after our discussion of the options. I would highly recommend him. I was also very pleased that the repairs could be done in this initial visit, without delay. The repair was more costly than other estimates we obtained, but are very satisfied with the work done.

I was relieved when my noisy, jerky garage door closed smoothly after a new set of cables and rollers replaced the old, damaged ones. Tina, the technician, was very efficient and competent. Also, the hinges and noisy parts were all lubricated to make the garage door closing smoother and quieter. Tina was thorough and gave me a list of options after explaining the problems. I am a happy customer.

The technician Tina analyzed the problem and installed a new opener. However, the door would not open. She then looked at the wiring in the wall and replaced a section of the wire. The opener now works flawlessly.

Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job at my home today, March 15th, 2025. I called yesterday and they agreed to come out the next day, and within 24hours of my call. I broke a spring, but I knew both springs needed replacing, and I choose that service with new pullies and new cabling. Now my opener is quiet, opens level and works perfectly. Matthew Murphy did my needed installation, and he is an expert. I'm extremely happy with all the work performed. Matthew was extremely professional and very careful and neat with every part of my garage - I'm very fussy with cosmetics. In fact, Matthew is one of those guys you just totally like from the 1st handshake. I'm totally pleased with my whole Precision Garage Door Service experience.
