First time customer of Precision and was very impressed. They answered the phone when I called and had me on the schedule within a day or two (could have even came out same day if I wanted to pay an emergency fee). Leo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great helping me understand my options. I also couldn't believe it when Leo called to say he was on his way and that he was going past a Wawa and asked if I wanted a coffee! Overall very satisfied, especially with how quickly they could come out and how easy it was to work with them, they seem to be very customer oriented.

Garage door tension spring broke on a Monday morning. Called Precision to schedule a repair and they were there Tuesday. Technician AJ did an AWEOME job explaining the options for repair and additional service. He was fast, professional, and took pride in his high-quality work. Geoffrey was very professional. The garage door works perfectly after new springs were installed. I had only one spring broken. However, be prepared to change it on both sides to avoid another phone call for a new repair a few days or months later. I also was told that I have a 4-year warranty after this repair. Very satisfied with the outcome.
