I was extremely impressed with my whole experience with Precision. I called with an urgent garage opener issue and was immediately given a same day appointment. The technician A.J. Yanko was prompt, friendly and professional. He identified the problem (broken spring) and the repair was completed quickly. The price was reasonable and clearly communicated. Overall, I received excellent service and would absolutely use Precision again.

Called Precision Door around 10am Monday. They had time available that day, were out by 1pm. Done by 3pm. Service Tech (AJ) was very helpful. Door is great, got belt drive...much quieter than previous chain drive. Good price including installation. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommend.

Geoffrey was very professional. The garage door works perfectly after new springs were installed. I had only one spring broken. However, be prepared to change it on both sides to avoid another phone call for a new repair a few days or months later. I also was told that I have a 4-year warranty after this repair. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Love my new garage door! If not for the fact that it looks new, doesn't have any dents, and opens and closes the way it's suppose to, you wouldn't know it wasn't the original door which is exactly what I wanted. Like that I had the option of good, better, best as to the quality of the door depending on how much I was willing to spend. Leo and Brian were knowledgeable and professional. The people who answer the phones Kieth, Terry, Beth, etc. are all courteous and helpful. I would recommend Precision Door.
