Garage door tension spring broke on a Monday morning. Called Precision to schedule a repair and they were there Tuesday. Technician AJ did an AWEOME job explaining the options for repair and additional service. He was fast, professional, and took pride in his high-quality work. I can confidently say my repaired garage door is now BETTER THAN NEW. I will DEFINITELY call Precision again for any garage door needs.

I was extremely impressed with my whole experience with Precision. I called with an urgent garage opener issue and was immediately given a same day appointment. The technician A.J. Yanko was prompt, friendly and professional. He identified the problem (broken spring) and the repair was completed quickly. The price was reasonable and clearly communicated. Overall, I received excellent service and would absolutely use Precision again.

Called Precision Door around 10am Monday. They had time available that day, were out by 1pm. Done by 3pm. Service Tech (AJ) was very helpful. Door is great, got belt drive...much quieter than previous chain drive. Good price including installation. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommend.

Gab did an excellent job of repairing our garage door. The spring and cable were broken and Gab replaced those, as well as, the rollers and now the door is working fine. gab is a very nice individual and it was a pleasure having him do our repair.

World class customer service today! AJ is tops! The spring on our garage door broke. We called Precision and they had someone onsite to repair the door within hours. They had all the right parts on the truck. The service was friendly and quickly done. I highly recommend...5 Star performance!

Geoffrey was very professional. The garage door works perfectly after new springs were installed. I had only one spring broken. However, be prepared to change it on both sides to avoid another phone call for a new repair a few days or months later. I also was told that I have a 4-year warranty after this repair. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Love my new garage door! If not for the fact that it looks new, doesn't have any dents, and opens and closes the way it's suppose to, you wouldn't know it wasn't the original door which is exactly what I wanted. Like that I had the option of good, better, best as to the quality of the door depending on how much I was willing to spend. Leo and Brian were knowledgeable and professional. The people who answer the phones Kieth, Terry, Beth, etc. are all courteous and helpful. I would recommend Precision Door.

They did a fantastic job. My garage door was loud and shakey upon opening and closing. My options and prices were explained to me before any work was performed. Now when I am sitting in my car in the garage waiting for the garage door to open I can’t even hear it. They were knowledgable, professional and very courteous. Great job!
