I called precision at 8:00 a.m. and the receptionist was very understanding and worked with me. They had a technician at my house before 1:00 p.m. the same day. The technician Sean was very knowledgeable and courteous he diagnosed the problem and had a solution for me in minutes I was very impressed. We had a new garage door installed 4 years ago. The service was AMAZING! We LOVE our garage door. My husband thought there might be an issue with the rubber splash guard at the bottom of the door. I called and was given an appointment within 3 days!! But the communication did not stop there! I was kept up to date on when the tech would be arriving...it was FABULOUS! The tech (Vaughn) came out and spent a lot of time with my husband talking about the door and the splash guard. My husband was so thrilled with the service he called me at work and went on and on!! He said the tech was very knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY. I highly recommend Precision Door service. Our door is still beautiful and works just as it should 4 years later! And if something does go wrong, I will have full confidence when I call them about it.

Technician that came out to look at my problem was very knowledgeable and clear as to what my door needed. Told that part would take 3 to 4 weeks to get to your facility. That was December 6th It's now 6 weeks and have not heard from Anyone!!!! This is becoming a pain since my wife and I use this door to get to our other garage , take out trash and get wood for our fireplace insert Please respond as your rating is getting lower with every day I wait.
