My call to Precision Door resulted in our garage door being repaired within 3 hours of the call. As we would not be able to get out of our garage if an emergency occurred, getting the problem addressed promptly was critical. The staff person, Leo, was very professional and friendly. My wife and I were very appreciative of the work done in the noted timeframe.

I CALLED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON 3PM - THEY MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY BETWEEN 2 AND 5PM. THEY CALLED BACK ON SUNDAY AND CHANGED THE TIMES TO MONDAY 12PM AND 3PM. REPAIRMAN MIKE ARRIVED AT 12 NOON SHARP. HE MADE A FEW SUGGESTIONS - WE AGREED ON THE COST AND HE WAS GONE BY 12:45. DOOR WORKS GREAT. I RECOMMEND THEM 100%

Gabe was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and too care of the repair immediately. He also quoted me a price for a new garage door especially since ours is original. I only ask that we be notified if the technician is vaccinated against covid-19 so that I probably should have worn a mask even thought I am tripe vaccinated.

We called Precision at 1:30 in the afternoon, as the spring in my garage door had broken. We were leaving on a trip the next day, and didn't think it could be fixed in time. They were out here by 2:30 and done by 3:45. Leo did a fantastic job, explaining everything along the way. Not cheap, but well worth it. Highly recommended!

I am normally very hesitant to contact repair services because I usually feel ripped off at the end. I was expecting the same with Precision and dreaded the service call. Leo was the service technician sent for the repair. He was very professional and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He finished the repair in 20 minutes and the garage door worked perfectly! I was awaiting the dreaded invoice and was shocked at how reasonable it was! I called Precision Door in the morning and was assured that the technician would be at my house the same within a 3 hour window the same day. . I’ve spent many hours waiting for various service people to arrive within a prescribed time only to be disappointed. However, Gabe arrived at exactly the promised time and quickly saw my problem and devised a solution. Within an hour, he had completed the work, made some suggestions regarding my aging garage door, and gave me a preliminary estimate for a total garage door replacement.
