Jonathan was right on time, examined the door, explained what it needed and why, prepared my estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. He was personable & polite and good as what he does. I did get the Military discount, but I noticed when I went online that a Garage Door repair coupon was available for $15.00 off the total which I wasn't aware of at the time of service. Is it too late to get that discount? Which is greater, Military or Senior citizen discount or are they the same? Note: I paid by check.

My call to Precision Door resulted in our garage door being repaired within 3 hours of the call. As we would not be able to get out of our garage if an emergency occurred, getting the problem addressed promptly was critical. The staff person, Leo, was very professional and friendly. I CALLED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON 3PM - THEY MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY BETWEEN 2 AND 5PM. THEY CALLED BACK ON SUNDAY AND CHANGED THE TIMES TO MONDAY 12PM AND 3PM. REPAIRMAN MIKE ARRIVED AT 12 NOON SHARP. HE MADE A FEW SUGGESTIONS - WE AGREED ON THE COST AND HE WAS GONE BY 12:45. DOOR WORKS GREAT. I RECOMMEND THEM 100%

I only ask that we be notified if the technician is vaccinated against covid-19 so that I probably should have worn a mask even thought I am tripe vaccinated.

We called Precision at 1:30 in the afternoon, as the spring in my garage door had broken. We were leaving on a trip the next day, and didn't think it could be fixed in time. They were out here by 2:30 and done by 3:45. Leo did a fantastic job, explaining everything along the way. Not cheap, but well worth it. Highly recommended!

I am normally very hesitant to contact repair services because I usually feel ripped off at the end. I was expecting the same with Precision and dreaded the service call. Leo was the service technician sent for the repair. He was very professional and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He finished the repair in 20 minutes and the garage door worked perfectly! I was awaiting the dreaded invoice and was shocked at how reasonable it was!
