I am normally very hesitant to contact repair services because I usually feel ripped off at the end. I was expecting the same with Precision and dreaded the service call. Leo was the service technician sent for the repair. He was very professional and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He finished the repair in 20 minutes and the garage door worked perfectly! I was awaiting the dreaded invoice and was shocked at how reasonable it was! For once, I felt very happy with the wonderful service provided and the excellent price! I would highly recommend Leo and Precision Garage Door without any reservation.

We ordered 2 brand new Hormann Orion 3200 garage doors from Precision in June of this year. I called Precision Door in the morning and was assured that the technician would be at my house the same within a 3 hour window the same day. . I’ve spent many hours waiting for various service people to arrive within a prescribed time only to be disappointed. However, Gabe arrived at exactly the promised time and quickly saw my problem and devised a solution. Within an hour, he had completed the work, made some suggestions regarding my aging garage door, and gave me a preliminary estimate for a total garage door replacement. Will have no hesitation recommending your shop to others. Would be good if you folks would indicate that the labor charge will be $99 for the first 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours on your web site.

We called Precision at 1:30 in the afternoon, as the spring in my garage door had broken. We were leaving on a trip the next day, and didn't think it could be fixed in time. They were out here by 2:30 and done by 3:45. Leo did a fantastic job, explaining everything along the way. Not cheap, but well worth it. Highly recommended!
