Leo and Harry came to repair one of our garage doors that had broken. The company kept us posted as to their arrival time with tech similar to Uber. When they got to our house, Leo explained everything he was going to do and the estimated costs. He was excellent and very knowledgeable and the pricing was very fair for what he had to do. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Repair!

we asked for an estimate, they came out, a month went by, no estimate, called them said they would take care of it , nothing, now we get an email to review work that they did for us???? someone needs to take charge of this business, will never deal with again!!!! its making me put in a service to send this review, they did nothing

I called precision at 8:00 a.m. and the receptionist was very understanding and worked with me. They had a technician at my house before 1:00 p.m. the same day. The technician Sean was very knowledgeable and courteous he diagnosed the problem and had a solution for me in minutes I was very impressed. We had a new garage door installed 4 years ago. The service was AMAZING! We LOVE our garage door. My husband thought there might be an issue with the rubber splash guard at the bottom of the door. I called and was given an appointment within 3 days!! But the communication did not stop there! I was kept up to date on when the tech would be arriving...it was FABULOUS! The tech (Vaughn) came out and spent a lot of time with my husband talking about the door and the splash guard. My husband was so thrilled with the service he called me at work and went on and on!! He said the tech was very knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY. I highly recommend Precision Door service. Our door is still beautiful and works just as it should 4 years later! And if something does go wrong, I will have full confidence when I call them about it.
