My garage door spring broke (during the Covid 19 pandemic). I called to schedule a repair and Greg Barndt was here the next day. He was professional, neat, explained everything about the two repair options I had (rebuild or install a new single torsion package). I made my decision and he installed the new system. He disinfected everything he touched and went on his way! I appreciated the quick response and repair and totally recommend Precision Door Service.

Used you because you could repair door today. Greg did a great detective job to identify issue as a module in the motor. He good needed part from unit on board and exchanged it, lubed the door, and checked to GDO opener in one car. Great job nice young man price seemed ok. Tx you would call or recommend you again. I had a problem with my Garage Door panels flapping and making a noise. When I called Precision Door they had all the data from a previous repair about nine years ago and knew my name. We scheduled service for the next day. Precision Door sent Leo Cornelius, who was very courteous, factual and presented a great business presence. He helped us select the overhead Garage Door that was very similar in color and design, and we ordered it on the spot. We live in a development where we are very strict in keeping the original quality of the development presence is required. Our garage door was having issue opening all the way. Sometimes it would work and other times it got stuck about 2 feet off the ground. The technician we had was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue right away. The left spring was broken, leaving all the burden of the door's weight on the one spring. He was very thorough in his work, making sure he also inspected the other parts of the door, such as the cables, bearings, and plates. He provided on-the-spot estimates for 3 different packages. I selected the package the made the most sense and that fit within my budget. Lastly, he demonstrated the operation of the door once he completed his work to make sure I was satisfied (which I was). Overall, I was extremely pleased with Precision and would certainly use them again for any future work. Thanks again, Marcus Ricci

My experience of purchasing a garage door and opener with Precision Door was excellent. Leo was very knowledgeable, accessible and accommodating. He went above and beyond to hunt down an obscure color chip that we ultimately ruled out anyway. Installers Angel and Eddie worked super fast, efficient and clean. Absolutely painless process from this reluctant DIYer's perspective. Well worth having these professionals do what they do best. Also very satisfied with the quality of the Hormann garage door and Precision's opener. Will certainly recommend them.
