The heavy duty spring on my garage door broke after twenty years and I needed a company that could come out to my home in a day or so to replace the spring and pulley along with the safety wire. Serviceman was very knowledgeable and had both springs replaced in about thirty minutes along with lubricating the rollers on the repaired door. And yes, he checked my other garage door opener and lubricated it also to improve on the tension of opening and closing the doors. Would not hesitate asking Precision Door Service for help in the future.

tech was VERY courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and quick. my only complaint is I was told (via website chat)weekend hourly labor rate was $89.95. No minimum charge was discussed. Tech was onsite a maximum of 25 minutes yet I was charged the full hour. still overall a 4 star rating.

We were extremely pleased with the quick response -- called yesterday, and they were here today to repair our automatic garage door opener. The installer, Joe, was very professional, prompt, polite and responsive. He provided us with options and a clear explanation of each, helping us make an informed decision. While only one side was broken, he replaced springs, rollers and cable on both sides, for a uniform performance and a 10 year warranty. He also replaced the entire seal around the door enclosure, as the rubber was cracked or broken from years of seasonal exposure. We feel very comfortable providing an excellent rating for the performance of Precision Doors.

I found them on the internet and was absolutely delighted. I have had trouble for the last 3 years with my "new" garage door opener. Called at 9:00 AM Leo was there at 12 noon as promised. Replaced 2 springs and cables and pulleys lubricated the wheels was finished in about 1 hour. Service warranted for 4 years. Leo was very professional and answered all my questions. The service truck was clean and well advertised. I needed to have the repair ASAP. The are not the lowest price but were fast and thorough.
