This is my fourth year in this country, I still rely on google search and recommendations from friends. This time I found precision on that search engine. Leo Cornelius who rendered the service was excellent. I can't complain - he was prompt, respectful and helpful. He exerted extra effort to address additional concerns of my doors. So far, so good. Door isn't installed yet, but the sales experience was wonderful. Phone conversation (Brian) was loaded with information without the heavy sales pitch. Person who came to my home (Ed H.) was knowledgeable and professional, kind and polite. Several discounts along with 3 differently-priced options made my purchase a no-brainer. I am not even afraid of entering an unknown area of repair - they seem honest, safe, and efficient.

Matt called to say that he felt our Opener prices were too high and that he could buy one at a Home Depot or Online for far less. He also stated that our spring prices are much higher than what he could get online.

Matt, Understood. Nobody can compete with big box store. Home Depot sell openers for less than our least expensive opener costs us to buy. I'm sorry that you can't understand this, but this is the reality of all small business in America. BUT, you forget our openers are brought to your door, installed the same day you telephoned us for service and all done by a professional. We make sure your door is working safely ensuring that both your door and opener will have a long working life. You want cheap stuff. Call Home Depot. You want the best products on the market with unmatched professional service. Call us.

Your repair man Angel, did an excellent job. I would recommend your company to my neighbors. Angel did a first class job of explaining various things to me, and i appreciated that of him. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. I thought that the final cost of $529.00 was high, and i intend to check on that with your competitors. Maybe i am wrong, but as an engineer i need to make certain that i am not being over charged. Again, i thought that Angel did a good job, and that he was very fast in performing the job. Companies need people like Angel.

John, We appreciate your feedback. Please note that your service included an evening "Emergency Service Fee" for which there is a $140 charge to which you had agreed to prior to coming out. That might be why you were surprised by the larger than expect repair cost. I understand your concern. I also understand what it takes to ask a technician to get back into a work-truck after a cold, dark, 10hr winter's day to fulfill our customer's requests. The added Fee covers the overtime and incentive to ensure top quality work, even at the end of a long, cold day. Thank you for your patronage.

Top Notch Professional Company~ My garage door replacement was thru a warranty that I purchased when I bought my townhouse. Great next day service by Brian who is very personable as well as professional. All job related options were clearly explained and the job completed in short order. I've used you before and would absolutely give you a strong recommendation As an aside,the fact that I called at 7:00 PM and didn't get voice mail eas a big plus.

I was impressed that I made a service call yesterday afternoon and was promised for arrival time next day between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Service rep showed up at 8:15 AM. Leo was polite, explained the issue and fixed it.
