Frank came to help us with our doors after we had a new special seal placed on them by a handyman. The doors were not closing completely. He offered a couple solutions and explained thoroughly what to expect with each option. We settled on trying to alter the new seals which involved trimming metal. Frank also adjusted the cables and everything came out great. He saved us from having to replace the seals we had just put on. I was very appreciative of his efforts as well as his upfront explanation of what to expect. I will certainly be returning to Precision Garage Door for any future issues.

We liked our technician Chris ! I couldn’t get my car out of my garage. The spring broke and we needed expert help. Although I couldn’t get someone that day, Chris came 2 hrs ahead of our scheduled time the next day. He explained everything (sometimes twice as my husband was not present.) I recently moved to West Chester, a week after my move my garage door stopped working. I could tell that the motor was the problem. I went online and found Precision Garage Door, I immediately called and described the problem. An appointment was set up for 8:00 am to 9:00am the next day. Dylan showed up on time with a truck full of everything you need to perform the installation of a new motor, new key pad and 2 new remotes. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and also a gentleman.
