Frank came to help us with our doors after we had a new special seal placed on them by a handyman. The doors were not closing completely. He offered a couple solutions and explained thoroughly what to expect with each option. We settled on trying to alter the new seals which involved trimming metal. Frank also adjusted the cables and everything came out great. He saved us from having to replace the seals we had just put on. I was very appreciative of his efforts as well as his upfront explanation of what to expect. I will certainly be returning to Precision Garage Door for any future issues.

Matthew was a most personable and courteous technician who took the time to explain why my garage door spring had failed and then performed a thorough review of all of the working parts of the door.
