My garage door nightmare started with a roller off-track and a tangled tension string, leaving me unable to close the door in the cold. I desperately needed a same-day fix. While other companies were booked solid, Precision Door Repair came to the rescue! They had an afternoon slot available (3:00 PM), and the technician, even called to offer an earlier time (12:30 PM)! He arrived promptly and completed the repair within 30 minutes, without needing any new parts. Their quick response, professional service, and honest, reasonable pricing impressed me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision Door Repair to anyone facing garage door issues.

Our garage door spring broke and we could not open the door to get our car out. Called Precision around 2pm and they were at the house by 6pm. Technician presented several options from basic fix to preventative repairs. We chose preventative as the door was 20 years old. Work was done in an hour. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He even fixed our keypad entry while there. This is the second time we have used Precision and highly recommend the company.

He said well we'll give it a couple more times and low and behold it finally STUCK. He finally saw what had happened to me. He had to replace part of the track and now it works fine. 5 stars for Darrin.
