We asked for Leo Cornelius since he serviced our garage door two years ago when the springs broke. He arrived on time, effectively analyzed the problem with the garage door opener, clearly provided options for repair/replacement (with no "push" for any given alternative), efficiently installed the replacement, and articulately communicated the operating and control features on the new opener that we chose. The tech (Dylan) arrived on time and explained to me what the problem was. He said he would be back tomorrow with the replacement parts. He installed the new parts and then explained how to use them.
