I contacted Precision on Friday evening via their website to schedule an appointment since my garage door motor died. I contacted Precision based on the previous work they performed two years ago and was very satisfied with the products and workmanship. Darrin Mills was at my residence Monday morning to assess the problem. Darrin was on time and demonstrated a understanding to my issue. He explained what my options were to fixed the problem in detail. I had Darrin install a new garage door opener unit replacing the existing one. The products were top notch and easy to operate. Thank you to Darrin and Precision for your quick response to fixing my broken garage door opener.
