We called Precision because of a broken torsion spring. Dylan was our service technician and fully explained our issues and all the options. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and direct with his assessment. Gentlemen came out when he said he would, explained everything, gave an estimated cost, fixed the problem in a timely manner(also gave an estimated time, which was accurate), was very professional and applied a coupon at the end which brought the cost to a lower amount than the estimation. Very positive experience.

Phenomenal, knowledgeable service. Called on a Saturday with a broken spring from my Torquemaster (builders grade) system. New two spring system installed first thing Monday morning. Leo was absolutely phenomenal to work with, knowledgeable, answered all my questions.

Harry is a gem! Our garage door system pretty much crapped out all at once. Harry explained everything clearly, made sure we understood what was happening, what our options were, and all with a tremendously amazing demeanor and sense of humor. Harry deserves ALL of the accolades. He was patient, went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied, that we had all of the information for our new setup, made sure our apps were working, that our car was programmed, and he was just so kind and amazing. I cannot recommend Harry enough. My entire experience with Precision Door was spectacular, from scheduling, to communication, to execution. Precision IS the correct word! Absolutely fantastic!!!!
