We got excellent service from our Precision Garage Door Tech, Frank! We needed a tune up in the middle of coldest day of the year. He was Ontime professional and courteous. Great attitude working in extreme cold!!

We had service call today and the technician's name was Leo. He was very professional and explained the condition of our garage door and what improvements could be made. We only replace the rollers which improve the noise issue greatly. We will wait until later to do more repairs or replacement. We were very pleased with the service. Thank you

Brian came out to quote a garage door install for my home. He was really friendly, forthcoming with information, and made sure I was fully informed. I haven't scheduled the job yet, but based on the speed with which I was able to set an appointment, have someone come out to the house and provide me with information, and get a same-day quote, I would say this company seems very well run and organized.

To a separate topic - this morning a technician was scheduled to arrive at my residence between 8 and 12. At 11:45 after telephoning Precision Services I was told the technician was delayed. As good business practice I should have been notified the technician was delayed as I kept the morning open and required the afternoon to perform necessary errands.
