We have been loyal customers of precision doors for many years. When we needed to replace the DC motor and belt rail on one of our doors damaged by the recent storms, Precision was our only call. Support from the office was superb, friendly, and supportive. Our Tech, Darren, was an absolute magician. He was quick and efficient and made sure we understood everything about the new systems, right down to the reprogramming of the remotes in our vehicles. Precision is our go-to team for our garage doors.

I want to say how pleased I am with the response from Precision Door. I discovered an issue with my garage door (broken spring) on Thursday, July 25 and they were able to send a service tech (Darrin Mills) the very next day to repair it. Darrin serviced my garage door on July 26, 2024. He notified me the day before and the morning of when he would be arriving. He was punctual and very friendly. Darrin approached his work very professionally and did an excellent job with the repair of my garage door. If I ever have another issue with my garage door or if anyone is looking for a recommendation, I will certainly steer them to Precision Door.

Vaughn repaired the safety eyes on my middle door and installed a new head on my 1st door. The existing head replaced was 25 years old. He did a great job completing the work promptly, checked to ensure all openers were working properly and lubricated as needed. Very pleased with the customer service.

Company was very responsive to my initial phone call. A representative came out to the house quickly and assessed what was needed. As we are in the process of moving, we could not schedule the installation of a new door until our garage was cleaned out. When I contacted Jim the second time, he again came out to the house quickly, took final measurement, and our new door was installed yesterday. Looks great. Thanks to both Jim and the installer - I didn't get his name - for a great job.

Precision advertises their availability 24/7, and they are true to their claim. My garage door spring had just broken, and my first contact with them was a phone conversation with the manager, Tom, who responded to my after-hours phone call promptly. He was very friendly and informative, told me ahead of time what my possible options were, and told me the name of the technician, Chris, who would be coming to my house the next day. He also told me that the Chris would contact me at least once before he was headed my way. The next day, Chris contacted me twice before he got to my house. He was also very friendly and informative, and after inspecting the garage door and components, spelled out all the repair options that were available to me, as well as what the potential consequences could be based on which option I chose. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for a company who values communication with a customer, and who is responsive, informative and friendly!

Our garage door spring broke sealing in our car. We called early in the morning and Precision was able to get a worker to our house that afternoon. They assessed the damage and made a recommendation for repair with associated cost. They went right to work once approved and before the end of the day the garage door was back in working order. They had recommended new rollers which we agreed to and the door is much quieter than in the past. They explained all the work that was done and was extremely professional and friendly. Will definitely keep Precision as our first choice for all future garage door needs.

Following a power outage my door opener stopped working. The technician came and condemned the "board" due to a suspected power surge. Subsequently the door started functioning again following another outage (way to go PECO). My concern is that the board was condemned (for $300+) without testing for power cycling. I'm left with the worry that this will happen again. Understand that I am not faulting the technician, but he as well as I should have tried to power cycle the unit.
