Dear folks at Precision, Thank you for your service. Thanks for the very user friendly site. You responded quickly for our call for help. Dylan arrived the next morning within the time frame you gave us. He did a thorough inspection of our garage door and all its components. Dylan presented us with sets of options and explained how each would work. He also made suggestions for what we could do and what we needed to do. Dylan was professional, knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to work with. Thanks Prescision......we have been customers for some time and will continue to be customers. Frank came to help us with our doors after we had a new special seal placed on them by a handyman. The doors were not closing completely. He offered a couple solutions and explained thoroughly what to expect with each option. We settled on trying to alter the new seals which involved trimming metal. Frank also adjusted the cables and everything came out great. He saved us from having to replace the seals we had just put on. I was very appreciative of his efforts as well as his upfront explanation of what to expect. I will certainly be returning to Precision Garage Door for any future issues.

I bent my garage door, so that it no longer lowered. It was late in the day and I needed someone to fix it fast. Matthew was out the very next morning, assessed the damage, gave us multiple repair/ replace options, and pleasantly accommodated our choice of repair. Matthew was easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Dylan and Jeremy were our technicians who fixed our garage doors and took the time to teach a certain senior lady how to open garage doors during a power outage. They gave me options prior to doing the job and didn’t even mind missing their dinners. Good communication throughout. Thank you.

Matthew was a most personable and courteous technician who took the time to explain why my garage door spring had failed and then performed a thorough review of all of the working parts of the door. When completed he explained which components in addition to the spring should be replaced and then gave me an estimate for the work which was very reasonable and I accepted. Just over and hour later my door was up and running again! A great experience, I will use Precision again.

Dylan promptly arrived to our home, was incredibly gracious throughout his time here. He quickly assessed the broken door, provided us with multiple options for fixing or changing out the doors and walked us through all of the plans step by step so we could come to a shared decision plan. He then completed all the work within 2hrs and was able to do without us having to clear out our entire garage which was so much easier for us. I would recommend him to any and all that need garage door work done.

We had a huge power surge and damage was done to our Garage lift devices. They work intermittently with external remotes Dylan, our Tech, came out this Am and did an amazingly detailed review. He also pointed out concerns due to some wear and tear items which we agree may need attention soon. Awesome tech and clearly very knowledgable. Very friendly and explained and showed us first hand the damages from the power surge.

We called for service on a broken grages door. We got an appointment quickly and Leo came to our home. He was so helpful. He assessed the situation and gave us several options. He also helped program our car buttons and remotes to work the old and new doors. We were so impressed with the whole process!
