Best part is when we had an issue they were able to fix it on the same day I called! That is amazing and much appreciated service. I highly recommend this team for your garage door needs.

Just an amazing experience. Had an appointment scheduled the day after my call. Darrin was the technician for our area and he was amazing. And, even more importantly, he saw another issue which could have created a bigger more expensive problem and fixed that as well. I called Precision at 6:15am and within one hour, Dave returned my call and arranged for Technician Gabriel to meet with me between 2-5pm the same day. Gabriel arrived at 2:30pm and made the necessary repair. While I cannot make a price comparison, I am grateful that my garage door spring was repaired within one day.

Our garage door was literally falling apart - a metal piece fell off and then the spring snapped and we couldn’t get our car out - Precision quickly responded to our call for help. Gabe/Gabriel from Precision came same day and got our door operational. Gabe was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He explained routine garage door maintenance items that I wasn’t even aware of. He didn’t try to oversell me on services or a new door (very expensive and a prior repair person from another company focused solely on that option) but instead educated me on options based on the current condition of my garage door parts and how to get more years out of our current door. I really appreciated his approach and patience as I learned from him and was able to make the best decision for my family. Thank you Gabe and Precision!

I called to have my chain link garage door opener replaced. I had not anticipated the life altering experience that followed. House no longer shakes when closing, the door is almost now silent, and it was installed and old taken away in 2 hours! Happen to see the van in Home Depot‘s parking lot the same day the garage door broke. Called from the parking lot. Scheduled a visit for the next day. Guy showed up had great suggestions fix the door immediately. Terrific I would use them again in a second and recommend them to anybody.

An extension spring broke on Thursday. I called at 7:02 AM Friday and the door was fixed by 5:30 PM that same day!!! Vaughn Yanko, their technician, was very professional, respectful, and personable. His explanations of the various options was very complete and understandable. We opted for a "torsion spring" upgrade and the door works better that ever. I would definitely recommend Precision Door (as well as Vaughn) to anyone!!
