I called Precision because my garage door was not operating. I was initially impressed with the responsiveness of the scheduler when I called. The technician (Darrin) was very professional and helpful in explaining the cause of the failure. I ended up purchasing a new opener, in part because he had the equipment on hand and was able to install it the same day. Problem solved!

Great service! I called and emailed, received a response back within 24 hours and had an appointment scheduled (at my convenience) within the week. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable, and walked me through everything he did, explaining as he went, and then covered the billing in just as much detail.
