Hi Keith - Today, Thursday, 12/11/2025, I brought my trash cans in and went to close my garage and heard some squeaks and it wouldn't close. I called your business and spoke with Beth who was able to fit me in on your busy schedule which my family and I are very grateful for. Leo called said he'd be out in 20 minutes which he was. I contacted Precision on Friday evening via their website to schedule an appointment since my garage door motor died. I contacted Precision based on the previous work they performed two years ago and was very satisfied with the products and workmanship. Darrin Mills was at my residence Monday morning to assess the problem. Darrin was on time and demonstrated a understanding to my issue. He explained what my options were to fixed the problem in detail. I had Darrin install a new garage door opener unit replacing the existing one. The products were top notch and easy to operate. Tina arrived to the house at the time scheduled. She efficiently performed a check of our garage door operating system (operator, springs, etc…), lubricated the door’s rollers and made her recommendations. She was very professional, did not try to pressure us to replace the system but gave us an assessment of our operator. When the time comes to replace the door’s operator, Precision is who we will call.
