Great service! I called and emailed, received a response back within 24 hours and had an appointment scheduled (at my convenience) within the week. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable, and walked me through everything he did, explaining as he went, and then covered the billing in just as much detail. All in all, a refreshingly positive experience. I would very highly recommend Precision!

I called Precision at 6:15am and within one hour, Dave returned my call and arranged for Technician Gabriel to meet with me between 2-5pm the same day. Gabriel arrived at 2:30pm and made the necessary repair. While I cannot make a price comparison, I am grateful that my garage door spring was repaired within one day.

Our garage door was literally falling apart - a metal piece fell off and then the spring snapped and we couldn’t get our car out - Precision quickly responded to our call for help. Gabe/Gabriel from Precision came same day and got our door operational. Gabe was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He explained routine garage door maintenance items that I wasn’t even aware of. He didn’t try to oversell me on services or a new door (very expensive and a prior repair person from another company focused solely on that option) but instead educated me on options based on the current condition of my garage door parts and how to get more years out of our current door. I really appreciated his approach and patience as I learned from him and was able to make the best decision for my family. Thank you Gabe and Precision!

I called to have my chain link garage door opener replaced. I had not anticipated the life altering experience that followed. House no longer shakes when closing, the door is almost now silent, and it was installed and old taken away in 2 hours! I called Precision because my garage door was not operating. I was initially impressed with the responsiveness of the scheduler when I called. The technician (Darrin) was very professional and helpful in explaining the cause of the failure. I ended up purchasing a new opener, in part because he had the equipment on hand and was able to install it the same day. Problem solved!
