I'm quite happy that I was able to find your company among the maze of fly-by-night imposters on the internet. Darrin was a buttoned-up pro who solved my issue in short order and charged what I thought to be a reasonable price. I will recommend Precision to all of my neighbors, friends and family.

Darrin Mills did an excellent job performing my Garage Door Opener motor battery replacement. He arrived exactly on time and also called me to tell me he was on his way. I did not have to wait through the 4 hour time window because he arrived at the start of the 4 hour time window. He checked the door operation and changed my remote controls' batteries. He also showed me how to open the motor housing door for when I have to change the light bulbs. I also appreciated only having to wait two days for the appointment. The price was very reasonable. This was a five star job!

Precision Door met every one of my expectations. Darrin arrived within a day of my call after we agreed on a time that was good for both of us. He was extremely thorough in his analysis and worked with me to let me choose which of the options would be best for me. His work was outstanding and he did it in a far shorter time than I would’ve expected. I am very pleased overall.

I contacted Precision on Friday evening via their website to schedule an appointment since my garage door motor died. I contacted Precision based on the previous work they performed two years ago and was very satisfied with the products and workmanship. Darrin Mills was at my residence Monday morning to assess the problem. Darrin was on time and demonstrated a understanding to my issue. He explained what my options were to fixed the problem in detail. I had Darrin install a new garage door opener unit replacing the existing one. The products were top notch and easy to operate. Thank you to Darrin and Precision for your quick response to fixing my broken garage door opener.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Precision Garage Door Services, and I am thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. One of the things that stood out to me was their 24/7 availability, which was so convenient. I appreciated that when I called, I was immediately connected with a real person—no automated systems here! The company arrived right on schedule, and I was kept updated on the technician's status, which gave me peace of mind. Darrin, the technician who came out, was professional and knowledgeable. He came fully prepared with a van stocked with everything needed for the job. He efficiently installed a new torsion system and got everything running smoothly in no time. Overall, I was impressed by the clear communication, promptness, and the fact that Darrin had everything he needed to get the job done right. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services for anyone in need of garage door repair or installation.

Darrin showed professionalism, knowledge and true concerns for my needs regarding the garage door opener issue. He clearly explained my options on the choices I had. After he completed replacement of several parts I couldn't be more happier with the results. I decided to change out the old main motor and receiver in a few days. Great job Darrin!! Picked the company on neighborhood endorsement. Technician promo, fully trained and was forthright in describing functional challenges of the garage door open/closing mechanisms. Gave full explanation of options and did not upsell. Upon agreement on solutions he completed work efficiently. Would have like to have been left wit email or printed receipt but assume they will be forthcoming.

I had an old torsion spring let go and didn't have time to fix it myself. The scheduling was easy, communication was great. Darrin the service tech arrived as promised and explained all of my options. Once I made my selection, he went right to work fixing the door. The price was reasonable for both the quality of service and spring. I recommend Precision and will use them again if the need arises.
