I contacted Precision on Friday evening via their website to schedule an appointment since my garage door motor died. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day right online and Darrin Mills called on asked if he could come sooner. He called when he was 10 mins out and all went smoothly. Quick estimate and full explanation of the work and charges and after approval he went to work and finished the complete job and ten fully went thru the work with me. Gave full explanation of options and did not upsell. Upon agreement on solutions he completed work efficiently. Would have like to have been left wit email or printed receipt but assume they will be forthcoming.

I had an old torsion spring let go and didn't have time to fix it myself. The scheduling was easy, communication was great. Darrin the service tech arrived as promised and explained all of my options. Once I made my selection, he went right to work fixing the door.
