The scheduling process was easy & quick. The technician called the night before to let me know, I was his 2nd call of the day & and gave me a more approximate time than the scheduled 8-12. Then kept me up to date on his progress & timeline the day of the appt. I really appreciated this. Additionally, I received a text with the technician’s photo before he arrived. This was equally appreciated. The technician was knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly. Did a great job, as you’d expect, but I appreciated the few extra touches that made this experience better than others.

Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job at my home today, March 15th, 2025. I called yesterday and they agreed to come out the next day, and within 24hours of my call.
