We had a garage door opener installed and our technician, Matthew, was knowledgeable, professional, and capable of the job. He thoroughly explained the working of the opener, the safety features, and how to manually override the equipment if needed. I especially appreciated that I received a text when Matthew was on the way which included a photo of him!

Called Saturday morning, I spoke to the boss, and within two hours the technician Darrin was at my home to address the garage issue. He was super friendly and very efficient, promptly assessed the situation, provided me with my options and a quote; on receiving my approval he promptly began to remedy the situation to my satisfaction, he needs a gold star. Precision Door can be relied on to do a great service at a reasonable price, I certainly would recommend them for all your garage door needs and should the occasion arise would be my first call.
