Sean was our tech and did a thorough review of our garage door components that were giving us problems. He explained options giving pro and cons of each and we decided to replace our old spring system with a belt drive opener. Sean did a great job installing our new system! Called Saturday morning, I spoke to the boss, and within two hours the technician Darrin was at my home to address the garage issue. He was super friendly and very efficient, promptly assessed the situation, provided me with my options and a quote; on receiving my approval he promptly began to remedy the situation to my satisfaction, he needs a gold star. Precision Door can be relied on to do a great service at a reasonable price, I certainly would recommend them for all your garage door needs and should the occasion arise would be my first call.

Percision seems less than Precise. They called on the wrong phone number and and then arrogantly told me I would be charged the service fee again to do the repair. They started by messing up the phone numbers and then wanted $315($460 with the double service charge) for a $20 part that takes less than 10 minutes to install. I would avoid this very confussed, rude and expensive company. Literally anyone else would be the better way to go.
