I had the good fortune of having Darrin Mills providing excellent service this afternoon. I had had to open the garage door manually during the recent storm in this area. Unfortunately, neither me nor my good neighbor could figure out to configure the door back to normal remote operation. Called to have Precision come out and evaluate our current door system and made the decision to replace the current opener. Jonathon Pratt was on time and took care in evaluating the whole door. After reviewing what was needed we made the decision to also replace the spring. Jonathon was very professional and took great care in making sure the system worked perfectly. I scheduled the appointment on line. response was prompt and on time for the scheduled appointment. our opener was over 20 years old. almost everything had to be replaced which we knew was probably the case. we are happy with everything that was done and the workers were efficient and courteous. It's great to have a functional opener again especially since it is a two car door and too heavy for two elderly people to open the door manually.
