HI, I wanted to say how nice it was to have Dylan Reynolds here to do the work on my garage door! He is very courteous and professional. Arrived on time and kept me in the loop during the day as to when he may be coming out. I had to get a new garage door opener and some other things. He was extremely neat and organized and put everything back the way he found it in my garage. Would highly recommend Dylan!!

Our door opener died on Sunday afternoon. I spoke with Chris on Sunday and he was able to schedule a technician appointment for us on Monday. Tina arrived at the expected time and did a great job. She explained every aspect of the process. She explained the differences of the various openers that we're available and gave a clear explanation of the functions once she was done with the installation. We were extremely happy at how fast we got an appointment and the job that Tina did for us

We had a broken overhead bracket on one of our garage doors that held our light and operator. Tina did a great job solving the issue with a much more secure solution. She also did an inspection of both doors and saw that one of our springs was quite worn. She replaced it with a new one and made sure our door operated properly. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

Our garage door opener repairman recommended Precision, which had performed repairs for us before. Precision would have sent the technician the day after we called but we had to put off the visit to the next day. We appreciated the speedy service.

It’s rare to find a business in which everyone is friendly, honest, and knows what they’re doing, but that’s the case with Precision. Matthew, the tech they sent, not only came when they said he would, but he called to tell me when in the four-hour window he’d arrive AND called to tell me he was on his way. In less than an hour we had new remote garage-door openers for both our cars for a reasonable price. Matthew diagnosed the problem, answered all our questions, and was a great guy to talk with. Highly recommend this outfit!
