Our options were explained clearly and we decided, on the spot, (which is very rare for us) and an hour later the door rolls quietly and smoothly. We were not pressed into doing more with the door than needed and we appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our 25-year old garage door opener died between Christmas and New Year. Despite it being the holiday season, Precision scheduled a a technician to be at our home the following day. Chris, the technician, was superb. He gave us several options to deal with the problem, ranging from a less expensive repair of our old unit to replacement with a selection of new unit. We had a new unit and an operating garage door opener with 2 hours. I was thoroughly satisfied.

I just had Precision come out to my home on a Saturday. They came and fixed a bent roller track. The Teck, Dylan Reynolds, was absolutely incredible. Not only did he fix our original issue quickly, he also went up and beyond by double checking the springs and motor on the other garage door opener (and made small adjustments to that other door he wasn't even working on). I've used two other different Garage Door Companies in the past but from now on, I'm staying with Precision. I'm very happy with the knowledge, friendliness, and the fairness of their prices.

This is not the first time I've used Precision to remedy a problem with my garage-door opener (a door that they didn't originally install.) And, now, I've another perfect experience with the Company. From the moment you call for an appointment, you are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently. You don't have to wait any appreciable time for the appointment and Precision is meticulous about keeping you up-to-date about your upcoming visit -- projected price and the precise time of the serviceperson's arrival....which in my case, proceeded exactly as planned. To make matters even better, the representative, Dylan, kept in touch before arriving and was punctual, very cordial, and knew immediately how to solve the problem and did so quickly. You can't ask for anything more!
