Percision seems less than Precise. They called on the wrong phone number and and then arrogantly told me I would be charged the service fee again to do the repair. They started by messing up the phone numbers and then wanted $315($460 with the double service charge) for a $20 part that takes less than 10 minutes to install. I would avoid this very confussed, rude and expensive company. Literally anyone else would be the better way to go.

What a great find when I really needed it. When I explained what was going on with my garage door, It only took Gabriel a few seconds to find the issue: lose wires (bad job from builder) from the sensors. Wires didn’t have any insulation either (scary). Thank you Gabriel for great service and Precision doors for having people available on a Saturday. Highly recommend!

Great, friendly, affordable service. Vaughan diagnosed the problem quickly and quickly resolved it. He went the extra mile installing the battery I had bought elsewhere and explained the status of my system clearly.
