technician was informative and knowledgeable. gave me a rundown on the possible problems. did a test. found the problem and got me up and running in no time at all. told me about the possible future problems and greased the wheels on the track and was on his way.

Great, friendly, affordable service. Vaughan diagnosed the problem quickly and quickly resolved it. He went the extra mile installing the battery I had bought elsewhere and explained the status of my system clearly. Percision seems less than Precise. They called on the wrong phone number and and then arrogantly told me I would be charged the service fee again to do the repair. They started by messing up the phone numbers and then wanted $315($460 with the double service charge) for a $20 part that takes less than 10 minutes to install. I would avoid this very confussed, rude and expensive company. Literally anyone else would be the better way to go.

What a great find when I really needed it. When I explained what was going on with my garage door, It only took Gabriel a few seconds to find the issue: lose wires (bad job from builder) from the sensors. Wires didn’t have any insulation either (scary). Thank you Gabriel for great service and Precision doors for having people available on a Saturday. Highly recommend!
