Tina our service technician was absolutely awesome to work with. Tina explained all of our options and repaired our garage door. Tina also showed me how to lock the garage door and disengage the auto so I can manually open my garage door in emergencies. Our 25-year old garage door opener died between Christmas and New Year. Despite it being the holiday season, Precision scheduled a a technician to be at our home the following day. Chris, the technician, was superb. He gave us several options to deal with the problem, ranging from a less expensive repair of our old unit to replacement with a selection of new unit. We had a new unit and an operating garage door opener with 2 hours. I was thoroughly satisfied.
