Matthew was the service technician. He was very customer focused and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time measuring in order to give me an estimate for repair. Tina our service technician was absolutely awesome to work with. Tina explained all of our options and repaired our garage door. Tina also showed me how to lock the garage door and disengage the auto so I can manually open my garage door in emergencies. Tina was extremely professional and fully knowledgeable of all matters concerning our garage door. She is an asset to your company.

Our 25-year old garage door opener died between Christmas and New Year. Despite it being the holiday season, Precision scheduled a a technician to be at our home the following day. Chris, the technician, was superb. He gave us several options to deal with the problem, ranging from a less expensive repair of our old unit to replacement with a selection of new unit. We had a new unit and an operating garage door opener with 2 hours. I was thoroughly satisfied.

My experience with Precision was a very positive one. It began with Beth, who answered the phone. Ever so pleasant and efficient, she was able to schedule me for same day service for my problem. She explained the visit fee and gave me the name of the service technician. She also answered any questions I had. Leo, the service technician, was scheduled to come between 1 and 3. He called earlier and asked if he could come at 12:15. He was prompt, courteous and eager to answer my questions so that I could understand what happened to the opener. He showed me a problem he noticed with my springs and cables (23 years old) which were headed for breakage (even I could see that) and gave me several options to defer the breakage. I am totally satisfied with the service Precision performed and would recommend them.

Dylan Reynolds is personable and competent technician. He knows his business and is efficient. To a separate topic - this morning a technician was scheduled to arrive at my residence between 8 and 12. At 11:45 after telephoning Precision Services I was told the technician was delayed. As good business practice I should have been notified the technician was delayed as I kept the morning open and required the afternoon to perform necessary errands.
