It's great to call a company on a service request and actually speak to a knowledgeable human being (versus a machine)! We asked for Leo Cornelius since he serviced our garage door two years ago when the springs broke. He arrived on time, effectively analyzed the problem with the garage door opener, clearly provided options for repair/replacement (with no "push" for any given alternative), efficiently installed the replacement, and articulately communicated the operating and control features on the new opener that we chose. Leo is a model employee for the company. We will highly recommend Precision (and Leo) to friends and neighbors in our community.

Gave full explanation of options and did not upsell. Upon agreement on solutions he completed work efficiently. Would have like to have been left wit email or printed receipt but assume they will be forthcoming.
