Hi Keith - Today, Thursday, 12/11/2025, I brought my trash cans in and went to close my garage and heard some squeaks and it wouldn't close. I called your business and spoke with Beth who was able to fit me in on your busy schedule which my family and I are very grateful for. Leo called said he'd be out in 20 minutes which he was. Leo was extremely professional. He said he has been doing this job for over a decade. He showed and explained to me fully my options. I called my wife Sharon at work and also my neighbor who is handy Federico came over and Leo explained the options again in full taking the time for us to make the right decision. I contacted Precision on Friday evening via their website to schedule an appointment since my garage door motor died. I contacted Precision based on the previous work they performed two years ago and was very satisfied with the products and workmanship.
