Matt Murphy was great. He got 2 of the doors to fully retract, 1 of the obsolete electronic door wall controllers replaced with a simple button for opening and closing. He could not have been easier to work with and was kind in the face of a customer that was in the middle of filing his taxes...BRAVO!

The technician, Matthew, was wonderful! I was having not a great morning and he turned the day around. He was on time, courteous and professional. He gave me good advice and options for either repairing or replacing the garage door. The tech (Dylan) arrived on time and explained to me what the problem was. He said he would be back tomorrow with the replacement parts. He installed the new parts and then explained how to use them. He was quite courteous and very professional. The next day when I had a question I called him and he explained over the phone what I had to do. I would therefore, recommend Precision very highly.

I had an old torsion spring let go and didn't have time to fix it myself. The scheduling was easy, communication was great. Darrin the service tech arrived as promised and explained all of my options. Once I made my selection, he went right to work fixing the door. I couldn't have been more pleased. A.J. arrived on time and upon reviewing the garage door area he discovered the major issue keeping the door from closing which he quickly resolved. He also checked out the opener and gave advice on how to avoid a re-occurrence, including keeping the door's path free from debris which he personally swept away. We talked and discovered we had a lot in common, particularly a love of sports, although since I grew up in New England, our favorite pro teams competed in the same division for the most part. I totally enjoyed the time we spent together and the quick fix.
