We had an issue with our main spring breaking. The company was able to schedule someone out within a few days. He had a lovely person, Jonathan, work on our garage door. He was very thorough with the inspection of the current garage parts and motor. He let us see three different options to fix the issue with different warranties. Jonathan worked quickly and efficiently and was helpful with input on possibly getting a new garage door in the future as well. We already have plans to get an estimate for a new garage door from Precision, and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Another 5 Star service experience from Precision Garage Door!! Our technician Leo called ahead of schedule to let us know when he would arrive. He did a fantastic job replacing our old opener. He explained what was wrong with the old unit and reviewed options for a replacement unit. The installation went smoothly and after the installation he went over the new system with us. The new unit works perfectly. We are very happy with our new garage door opener.

Unfortunately, neither me nor my good neighbor could figure out to configure the door back to normal remote operation. Great experience. Received a phone call from DC Moncrief asking if he could come early, which was awesome! I showed him what was wrong and he did his inspection and found not only my spring broken but my cables messed up. Everything was fixed in a timely fashion. DC went over everything he did and sent me quotes for a new opened for when its time. Very nice and friendly tech.

The spring mechanism on my garage door broke, I called Precision Door Service, who responded almost immediately. Leroy came out, was extremely courteous and helpful discussing my options. I opted to have a torsion spring mechanism installed. It's much quieter than my previous mechanism and works perfectly. While he was installing it, Leroy cleaned out my somewhat dirty tracks and ensured everything worked smoothly. All done within the 90 minutes he estimated.
