From the moment you call for an appointment, you are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently. You don't have to wait any appreciable time for the appointment and Precision is meticulous about keeping you up-to-date about your upcoming visit -- projected price and the precise time of the serviceperson's arrival....which in my case, proceeded exactly as planned. To make matters even better, the representative, Dylan, kept in touch before arriving and was punctual, very cordial, and knew immediately how to solve the problem and did so quickly. You can't ask for anything more!

She efficiently performed a check of our garage door operating system (operator, springs, etc…), lubricated the door’s rollers and made her recommendations. She was very professional, did not try to pressure us to replace the system but gave us an assessment of our operator. When the time comes to replace the door’s operator, Precision is who we will call.
